This is not a Apartment Hotel. The Apartment is not serviced. One bar of soap. 1 Dishwasher Tablet. 2 Dustbin bags. Complicated access on arrival and daily access with your mobile phone. Arrived at night, no blanket, no Gowns as advertised. Very noisy.

Really good location, close to nearby pharmacy & supermarkets. Good space within the room with nice view from the balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Disappointing though to find hair on the shower floor which obviously hadn't been cleaned from the last visitor.

stained yellow bedding mould in bathroom , shower area no coffe capsules provided , but has a nesoresso machine in the kitchen have to bring your own i guess electronic keys stopped working fortunately we were able to use the GOKI app on my iphone place is actually nice otherwise

Upon further investigation, it appears that the booking is not in your name. We have checked our system and can't find any complaints related to the above based on the primary guests' contact info. We have entered the primary guest name and yours as well but no messages were sent about the specific concerns you had. Please note that we take complaints seriously and any issues encountered by a guest are escalated to the proper department. Had we been informed of such issues, we would've escalated the matter to the 3rd party cleaning company and the operations team for immediate action. Nice place and the woman on reception during the day is delightful. But no secure parking and checking requires making an arranged time which can be difficult when your coming from the office late on a Friday afternoon.

The property is maintained to an extremely high standard. Absolutely everything is provided. We had a very comfortable, calm & restful 3 night stay. Thank you Veena (Property Manager?) for taking such care in looking after us.

The property is well maintained and close to all amenities. There are a number of excellent cafes and restaurants near by. The beach, theatre and parks are only walking distance from the apartment. Street car parking is available close by. The apartment has washing machine, drier and a well stocked kitchen, all handy for a family to stay confortably.

Comfortable handy St Kilda property
Check in was a little bit tricky but even though reception wasn't staffed we had no problems with our stay. Good location close to the train station and the trams and the beach was a fifteen minute walk away as was Acland St. Roomy and comfortable I would recommend this place

The Hampton apartments are lovely, the room had everything that I needed for a great weekend away. The car park is dreadful though.

To get a higher ratings consider making the following changes: - dust for cobwebs - leave at least 5 large bin liners (especially in the 2 bed apt) - install electric insect repellent for mosquitos and flies - weigh down balcony furniture due to very strong winds Besides all that, the Hamptons was a great final home for my ‘Strayan chapter.

The property was immaculate and clean. Communications very welcoming and clear. Great amenities in the guest rooms. What I didn't like? Lack of air conditioning in the bedroom made it hard to sleep. Sheets weren't changed during 6 night stay, when they were dirty.

Ben Linen and towels are only changed for stay in excess of 7 nights, which is why you have found yours unchanged. However each apartment is equipped with laundry facilities if guests find they wish to wash anything during their stay, and our friendly staff are always happy to provide extra items where needed. Beautifully presented boutique property. A quiet location of chapel rd, even on weekends. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. 2 minute walk to Woolworths. Garage coffee shop 1 min walk. Highly recommended, we will be back.

It’s brand new and good value. Location is ok. will need more heating in winter. The single aircon unit will not be enough.
