Respect the Property: Any damages to the property or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest.

Lost Keys: A lost key will incur a $250 replacement fee.

Maximum Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum occupancy limit for this property.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

Noise Control: Minimise noise levels within the property and common areas from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking indoors will result in a $200 fine, plus additional charges for cleaning and deodorising.

Cleanliness: Please tidy up after yourself. Place all rubbish in the bins, and if they fill up during your stay, use the bin chute located down the left of the main corridor, opposite the very left elevator.

Missed Check-In or Lost Keys: If you miss check-in or lose your keys, a $100 call-out fee will apply for the delivery of a set of keys.
