「We had a great time at the lodge! Many activities such as fishing, visiting an island of monkeys, and seeing a lot of wild animals. Given the fact that there is little or no electricity, we were able to disconnect ourselves for a few days in order to really relax. The rooms are very charming and the staff was great to answer questions and concerns. Our guide Manuel was great!! Very recomendable because he really knew his way along the jungle and never made us feel anything less than spectacular....

「I had neither air-conditioning nor light most of the night but a gorgeous starry sky with the voice of jungle animals. The bungalow is not as neat as hotels in the downtown in Iquitos but I experienced precious unique time.」

「The best service I have ever recieved. They were so attentive and caring. I wanted milk with my coffee at 9 at night and they went and got me some. Our tour guide carlos was amazing and made sure we got the most of the amazon and all our adventures. Carlos and angelo even came and picked us up and made sure we got to the lodge and airport. Definitely will be staying with them again on my next trip.」

「Es un hospedaje básico y rústico. Parece un campamento, la logística del comedor es mala, la comida es buena. El personal hace lo que puede, aunque siempre estan corriendo con los horarios. Parece una casa de retiro en ese aspecto: si bien te dan una hora para el desayuno, almuerzo o cena; si llegas media hora luego de iniciado el servicio te "resondran".」

「객실 안에 벌레가 많고 전기가 없고 따뜻한 물이 안나오는건 이키토스라서 어쩔 수 없지만, 능숙하지 않고 영어를 거의 못하는 가이드라 3일동안 답답했고, 피라냐 낚시, 나이트워킹도 없었고, 아마존강 수영한다고 수영복도 가져오라고 했으나 말도 없이 안함.. 매번 인위적인듯한 프로그램이 지루하고 재미없었다. 음식은 맛있으나 양이 매우적음... 제일 기대했던 남미 여행지였는데 정말 속상했다... 」

「La peor experiencia de viaje que he tenido , nos trataron de pedir más dinero en varias ocaciones, no se cumplió ningún tour, pagar yo mi moto taxi de ida y de vuelta, me dejaron con un bote remos para hacer los tours en donde mi ínsole, reviví muy malos comentarios de el dueño de esta empresa y varios problemas con turistas. reynel es una vergüenza para el turismo de iquitos」
