I enjoyed the water park pool, but the rooms are very old,dingy,smell like mole. The staff checking us in was rude. The outside of the hotel is very nice but they need to upgrade rooms. Especially for the price.

The first time was better

The air conditioner was a little warm, the bed uncomfortable and the bathroom too small and looks dirty. The carpet dirty. The pool is amazing. The restaurant was very good

Advice

Very good hotel but in the room you will have coffee maker but didnt have coffee and TE. The rooms should have a microwave. To be honest this hotel could have more profit if it was all inclusive. Yes i had a good time.

The property has an un renovated tower and a “new tower”. Not as clean as expected. New tower was ok. Besides the pool, not much to do. Front Desk staff Nelsy Torres was great and provided guidance as requested. Food is good, music at night awesome.

Great pool area. Checking in took too long, hotel had additional fees not stated on website. Old building rooms very small and antiquated so requested new building at an additional fee.of $55. Travelet be teady to soend extra follars.

Needs lots of improvements!

Rooms are old and the carpet stinks. Customers service was ok but SUPER SLOW check-in process. The pools are great but need maintenance. Overall, it needs care!
