Good stay, clean room

Very friendly and helpful staff,the breakfast is fantastic.rooms are very clean and modern.and best of all is the location that is a walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.
