Always happy staying here when visiting family in the area. Staff are great, very convenient in and out and staff is very accommodating with our pets coming along on our trips.

The heating system went off at the middle of the night although I was offered a room change and extra blankets I feel a little more should have been offered example like partial refund or an offer on my next stay at a discounted price because if I wake freezing for half the time it only makes sense that some sort of compensation should have happened other than that staff was friendly

I was annoyed that, wihhout any notice, I was given a handicap room. No bathtub. Smaller room than last time.

Breakfast was similar to a brunch with a lot of different options including hot options with meat. Some other locations with different names have had very simple cold breakfast.
