Hotel is nice, but wouldn’t stay again. Pros: Clean, fairly modern, staff are kind and helpful. All rooms have balconies too, which is great. Close to beach and not far from pretty Port area. Cons: Not all sun loungers have an umbrella, therefore there is a rush to “claim” your sunbed, very early in the morning. Also, due to orientation of the hotel building, sun doesn’t shine on all areas of outdoor/pool area for a few hours. Food was average - lots of options but not best quality.

Perfectly adequate hotel, nice room and very clean. The food was very similar each day which is fine for a short period. Entertainment could be better, but still Alberto was very funny and a good host. Restaurant staff were very nice, special thank you to David and Nerea who were very attentive and friendly.

Great hotel and would definitely go back.
We had a great stay at this hotel, lovely room, good entertainment and a great selection of drinks on the all inclusive option. The food was ok, always a pasta, salad, freshly cooked meat for lunch/dinner. Breakfast had a good selection of hot options (hash browns/sausages/omelette request etc) and cold options (bread/cheese/pastries/fruit etc). The pool area is lovely, there was always a sunbed available. Overall, a great stay at this hotel!

A brilliant holiday to remember
My stay at AluaSoul was brilliant. Such a lovely hotel,with wonderful staff,from the activities lead by Alberto & Gian Luca,who are both great guys,very friendly & helpful.For them alone,i will definitely return in the near future :) The staff in the restaurant are all wonderful to.Food was absolutely delicious,& the excursion team are great & very helpful. Nice hotel, however the acoustics is terrible. We expected a quite hotel but the night events (every night!) are taking place outside and the noise is terrible, even when we closed the window.

Not a bad hotel but probably wouldn't return
Upon arrival the hotel didn't have a double room for us so we were put in what looked to be on of the staff accommodation rooms with no balcony for 1night. This room was awful but the second night we were move to a much nicer room on the top floor. Staff were great but food was hit and miss. Food was great on the night they give out the review cards!! Pool was fab and also had a nice pool table and ping pong.

Hotel for the package holiday crowd on a budget.
Reminiscent of 60's holiday camps. Poor beds, TV in the room lousy. Food is quantity not quality, (plenty of choice tho). The price is all inclusive, which is a plus. No good for the business traveller.

I have never been here before but I found the hotel great, realy helpfull and friendly staff. its a big hotel and there is a lot going on for kids and familys so don't go if you don't like kids and lots of noise lol. the food was good and plenty of it.i had a realy good time here.

Second time we have stayed, and just as impressed as the first visit. Hotel staff were lovely, from housekeeprs, reception, maintenance, to bar and restaurant staff, not to forget the entertainment crew! Hotel well maintained and beautifully clean, bar staff brilliant as were restaurant staff, and some amazing entertainment, throughout our stay. Have no complaints, at all, great food lots of choice and as much as you want. We had a bitthday celebration and the hotel supplied sparkly wine and a cake, nothing was too much trouble. Ideally situated, close to all amenities, but in a quiet location as just tucked off the main street, will definately be going back next year. Speaking with other guests several had been before, and had chosen to revisit again and again!

Nice hotel, good food and sunshine
As it was October the hotel was not packed, the food was excellent, the staff friendly and the sun shone every day apart from on one overcast day. A short walk to a huge, very well equipped beach with golden sand to rival any Caribbean island. Will definitely be going again :-)

You get what you pay for!
Hotel is a reasonable 3* and for a budget hotel it really is ok. I guess that sums it up really; it's ok. Would I go back? No. Why? There are better hotels in the resort with a better location for the same cost. Positives * hardworking resort team that organise lots of activities for those who wish to join in. * plentiful and varied breakfast buffet * nice mountain views if situated on pool side of hotel * reasonable size swimming pool with lifeguard. Negatives * variety of food at lunch and evening is very 'English'. Over a three day period meal choices included curry, steak and kidney pie, Lancashire hotpot, cottage pie. it would have been nice to see something a bit more Spanish, or even Mallorcan! * communal areas around hotel were very dirty, particularly around the pool!

Brilliant place to stay
Great hotel, close to all amenities. Excellent range of facilities, first class food, and staff, nightly entertainment, and lots arranged during the day should you wish to join in. All staff friendly, and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, will definitely be going again!

Nice hotel for family with children, entertainment for kids almost every evening, if you young people looking for fun then its not the best choice, no disco etc good choice of food and drinks, small swimming pool full of children, around 8am almost all hotel is standing outside to get a sun lounge near pool for themselves, I left my shopping bag near bar, next day when I came back and ask some one from the bar if they found it they said no, later on some nice polish girl said they had it and gave it back to me, as a single person going there with friend I wouldn't go there again

Great hotel for everyone
This hotel is really nice. It has a very good location, 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the port of Alcudia and 20 mins to Alcudia town centre. There are also few night clubs around. Food in the hotel is very tasty and varied. Staff is also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Can't fault the hotel rooms fine hair dryer in bathroom kettle in room we used to get some milk fom the bar last thing so we could have a coffee in the morning on the balcony. Great choice of food breakfast lunch and dinner, food available all day after breakfast till about 6pm. 8-10 mins walk to beach Burger King up the road if you needed it. Good few shops within walking distance. Entertainment may not be for everyone but good fun great for the children. Bingo every night 1 line and a full house good money I won 183€ 2nd nite. Don't read bad reviews 2nd time here and will go again next year. One night heard music from the local disco but didn't stop me keeping, no towels to hire bring your own or buy one 10€ from the shops , Staff excellent and entertainment team fantastic.

A great holiday hotel. Food choice superb. Entertainment every night, so recommend a room at the top. Staff could not have been better. Television in room very small and beds very basic. Room cleaned and serviced every day. Best value holiday we've ever had.

Great holiday for everyone!
Just come back from a weeks stay at the delfin verde hotel and my partner and I had a great time! The hotel was lovely and clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you, nothing was ever too much for them! Great for families and couples. Plenty of activities to do in the day and good entertainment in the evening. Food was nice, plenty of choice, never the same thjng twice! All in all it was a really fab holiday!

Great hotel for a family - not so much for couples
As a couple this hotel didn't really suit me and my boyfriend. However the families seemed to enjoy it greatly, and I can see why. The entertainment crew for the kids were brilliant; the snack bar was open from 10:30 to 18:00, which was great; the pool was a fun area for children, with a little play area for the little ones nearby; there was a slush machine that ran for the entire time the bar was open etc. etc. Being 19 and looking for a relaxing time with the boyfriend meant we weren't too impressed with the number of kids but we were kind of expecting it and can't really complain. The food was a bit hit and miss. Some nights were brill - I enjoyed the meatiest ribs I've ever had one dinner - and some were a bit rubbish. There was always chips and beans and that sort of thing though so everyone should be able to eat. Breakfasts were average, lunch times were quite good. The snack bar was really good. They served everything from pizza to burgers to spag bol to chicken wings. My boyfriend was given a beef burger one day though that was cold and bright red in the middle so we stayed away from them for the rest of the holiday. The staff were really helpful and lovely. The only fault about the cleaning was that our sheets weren't changed much.The hotel is a short walk from the most gorgeous beach. We spent every day there and had a really lovely time. So I'd recommend it to families, and couples who are just using the place as a base and don't plan on relaxing around the pool.

Great place to go!
Our trip was a short break together without our 7yr old child. The hotel was fab and the staff were great. The hotel entertainment was really good and we had a great stay. I would most definately go back to this hotel.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit schönem Strand der fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, Getränke und Essen war den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Zimmer modern und sauber. Die Altersklasse ist eher Ü50 und es sind viele Englände vor Ort, uns hat das aber nicht gestört

Gute Lage, da man schnell am Strand ist. Personal war freundlich. Ansonsten eine ziemlich simple Ausstattung. Frühstück war ok, das Abendessen hatte wenig Auswahl und Qualität, weshalb ich trotz gebuchter Halbpension an der Hälfte der Abend auswärts gegessen habe. Speisesaal hatte Kantinencharachter, wie aber so oft auf Mallorca. 3 wirkliche Kritikpunkte: 1) Marmelade aus dem PET Spender. Habe ich so noch nie gesehen und es gibt sicher auch günstige, ansprechendere Alternativen. 2) Im Speisesaal gibt es einen Wasserhahn, an dem man Trinkwasser zapfen kann. Einige Gäste haben noch immer nichts bezüglich Hygiene während der Pandemie gelernt und nutzen ihre Plastik-Wasserflaschen, um sie dort aufzufüllen. Dabei halten sie die Flasche nicht UNTER den Wasserhahn sondern stülpen die Flasche darüber. Das finde ich persönlich unhygienisch. Kann das Hotel nichts dagegen aber sollte man versuchen zu unterbinden, wenn die Leute schon nicht so weit denken... 3) Beim Check Out kam nicht einmal die Frage, wie der Aufenthalt war. Ich hätte ansonsten etwas angemerkt, unabhängig von den gerade geschilderten Kritikpunkten. Alles in allem war es ok, freundliche Atmosphäre, gute Unterhaltung und Zimmerausstattung war in Ordnung.

Helt ok med reservationer.
Hyfsat bra hotell. Dock en urusel responstid vad gäller förfrågningar via email! 3 veckor tog det att få svar. Och svar kom först sedan vi var hemkomna! Rummen = helt ok med bra sängar. Maten = lite väl fantasilös men ok utbud. Service helt ok. Vatten på rummet = endast 3 gånger. Städning = precis godkänd. Wi-Fi hyfsad men saknades helt på gavelsidan av hotellet. Al-inklusive = helt ok MEN såg (Minst 2 gånger) att man spädde ut spriten (Vodka och Gin) med vatten!!!
