We had a fantastic holiday at Finca Can Rotxet. The house is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. Everything you need is there. The owner was very friendly and helpful with questions and tips about sights or fun outings. Also later check-out was no problem. A nice surprise was that we were allowed to take care of the chickens. Fresh eggs every day and my daughter loved it.

La casa aunque esta al lado de la carretera es muy tranquila, apenas se escuchan los coches cuando estas fuera, y dentro no se oye nada de nada, la casa es muy acogedora y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar para unos dias en familia, las camas son muy comodas, te dan toallas suficientes tanto para el baño como para la piscina, el diseño del salon /cocina y comedor juntos hace que todo sea mas comodo y ademas con las puertas de acceso a la pisicina en todas las estancias tambien hace mas accesible el poder salir a disfrutar del jardin y de la piscina, por cierto tiene una hamaca comodisima para poder echarte una buen siesta entre palmeras, y ademas hay una super barbacoa donde podras hacer carne/pescado y verduras y disfrutar con tu familia, en la parcela hay 4 gallinitas muy majas que si vas con niños se entretienen en darles de comer y recoger sus huevos . Al estar en Inca que esta en medio de la isla, tienes facil acceso a cualquier parte de ella sin que tardes mas de 30-45 min a casi cualquier parte .Tomás el propietario es una persona maravillosa, siempre atento a las necesidades que puedas tener y muy dispuesto a ayudar y recomendar sitios siempre, solo puedo decir buenas palabras de esta estancia y de su propietario, estamos deseando volver a la isla y volver a hospedarnos en esta casa. En mejoras yo pondria mas cucharillas, tenedores, vasos y tazas ya que en cuanto los usas te quedas practicamente sin ellos para la siguiente comida, pondria una batidora de mano para hacer pures o mezclas para bizcochos por ej, y tambien algun molde para bizcochos, en una de las camas de matrimonio las almohadas son demasiado bajas, la manguera que hay al lado de las gallinas esta rota y se va el agua por otro lado y revisaria la aspiradora porque no aspira nada.

Die Finca selber und der Aussenbereich sind ein Traum. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die nahe Autobahn hat uns nicht gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und VillaSelecstion war einwandfrei. Leider war die Einrichtung der Finca in keinem wirklich guten Zustand. Die Teller, Gläser und Schalen sowie das Besteck waren ein buntes Sammelsurium und teilweise nicht sauber. Die Liegen waren angerostet, Und die Schränke sehr durcheinander. Der Putzschrank schmutzig. Da wäre dringend eine Grundreinigung nötig und es müsste dringend mal aufgeräumt werden. Außerdem waren für uns (4 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) zu wenig Gläser da. Die scheinbar neuen Weingläser haben alle noch ein Etikett unter den Gläsern. Der Pool selber war auch nicht wirklich sauber.

Netter Empfang und Service, finca ist gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten und Pool Lage direkt an der Autobahn, zumindest im Garten nicht ganz leise. Fehlender Moskitoschutz machte dem Aufenthalt deutlich weniger schön. Kleinigkeiten sind defekt oder könnten verbessert werden (Sonnenschirm kaputt, Schrottauto auf dem Parkplatz, fehlende Außendusche, Dusche Innen klemmt, TV nicht richtig eingestellt, etc)
