Los huéspedes se encontrarán como en su casa, ya que el loft dispone de todo lo necesario para su comodidad. El espacio es ideal para dos personas, aunque si se trata de familia o amigos íntimos, tiene una ocupación de hasta cinco personas.

Estaré encantado de resolver cualquier cosa que surja durante su estancia, así como de facilitarle direcciones de bares, restaurantes, museos, tiendas...

El vecindario es tranquilo y amigable. De lunes a viernes por la tarde el barrio es muy tranquilo. Y a partir del viernes por la tarde, hasta el domingo, es una zona con mucha actividad de ocio, donde madrileños y turistas se mezclan para pasear por la calle o tomar las mejores viandas en bares de tapas y restaurantes de la zona, aptos para todos los gustos y bolsillos.

No necesitará coche, ya que puede ir andando a los principales lugares de la ciudad. Además, el metro de la Latina y muchas líneas de autobuses están a menos de 50 metros de la vivienda.

El loft es espacioso, con dos balcones a la calle Cava Baja, silencioso, muy luminoso, limpio y conortable.

A su llegada debe pulsar el telefonillo del portal y esperar 5 segundos a que se abra la puerta. Una vez dentro del portal encontrarán las llaves en una caja situada en la puerta del apartamento.
El código para abrir la caja se le facilitará 24 horas antes de su llegada.
