My only complaint is the lack of luggage carts to be found. I am 65 and travel with my LO who is 85 . I had to walk the length of the building to locate one of the only two luggage carts I saw in the building.

The check in experience was great! I appreciated being told where to park so we were closest to our rooms. Breakfast was decent, the room was clean and comfortable. I like the pool and the arcade room, and the vending machine of emergency items was VERY nice to have!

The spa area was huge and clean. The hot tub temperature was too hot but it felt relaxing for short soaks. The pool temperature was too cold and had way too much chemicals.

Power outage
The service was great, the employee at desk is great. Room was clean. The problem is the power went out around 11pm. No heat, no lights, microwave alarming, could not use restroom with door open, phone ran out of battery no offer for additional night for free. Their should be some kind of nigjt light in room for this. I heard them in hallway offering flashlight and blankets to people out in hall at midnight.

They had a snow fall. The parking lot was clear but no sidewalk to the exterior doors were cleared. As a result, after people walked through the snow it froze and were slippery. It was this way at all exterior door entrances without a cover. This seemed inexcusable because there were a lot of guest staying last night.

We have stayed at this Comfort Inn several times. It is located in the most convenient place, just east of the city of Ludington right on US 10. Plenty of major stores nearby (Walmart, Meijer, etc.) and Ludington is right on Lake Michigan.

I plan to stay again
it was a great place for a three generation family trip. Would be excellent in the summer as there was a nice playground outside as well. We had connecting rooms which was helpful for small kids to wander back and forth. Plenty of space in the breakfast area as well and plenty of choices. We plan to go back for a 4 generation birthday celebration in the summer.

There was some trash under the bed and linens had hairs and had seed balls on our bed. The rest of the room was clean and facility was clean. Breakfast was sufficient.

The room was clean but it smelled like someone was smoking marijuanna in the room before I checked it. I did notify the front desk and they offered an air freshener or to change rooms. I was already unpacked.

The hot tub is huge and well functioning for the price point of this hotel. All the staff was very courteous and helpful. The break area was regularly cleaned up during the breakfast hours. We had a great stay for four nights.

Tried to charge me twice for my stay
Everything was great except for the fact that I researched our stay on a cc and paid with cash at the front desk and then the next day the hotel tried to charge my card for the total of our stay. Good thing I have fraud protection on my card
