The location was good. Key holders are friendly people and helpful. It’s a school campus so students are the main residence. The apartment itself was clean but there were no other necessities supplied aside from toilet paper.

The communication before arrival was terrible. I sent many emails about issues I was having with my travel due to weather and nobody responded. It wasn’t clear who I was suppose to contact. Once I arrived, I was given a name of someone I could talk to, which was also confusing. I am not sure if he was another manager or the owner of the room. I never met him in person, it was through What’s App. It would have been nice to have his name sooner so that maybe I could have had some sort of reimbursement for my hotel for the lost days. He was nice, but my issues were not resolved. It took 2 additional days to find out they would not reimburse us. This may be resolved through Expedia when I get home, but communication all around was not good. The hotel room (which is actually a dorm room) was very loud from traffic, super hot, flat pillows (only one per person), and a fan that barely worked.

Bei dem Preis für die Lage waren die Erwartungen nicht hoch. Es war zu ahnen, dass hier lediglich Appartments vermietet werden, die gerade nicht an Studierende der Management-School gebraucht werden. Für eine Bildungseinrichtung, die Führungskräfte für Hotels ausbildet, waren Service und Sauerkeit der Anlage enttäuschend. Rezeptionisten, die nicht grüßen waren noch das geringste Problem. Handgeschriebene Wifi-Codes auf Post-Its sind sicherlich nicht der Standard der Hotels, für die hier ausgebildet wird, ebensowenig wie Lagerhaltung im Foyer und ausrangierte Sofas im Treppenhaus. Fluchtwegbeschilderderung und Notlicht? Fehlanzeige. Dafür rauchende und kiffende Studierende unter den Fenstern des Appartments. Barzahlung für die Tiefgarage, weil am Wochenende keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist? In der Schweiz??? Wer's glaubt. Aber, wie eingangs gesagt: Niedrige Erwartungen, relativ guter Preis und sehr zenztale Lage nah an der Altstadt.

Pro: - zentral (nahe Altstadt / Bahnhof / Supermarkt) - freundliche Mitarbeiter - gut schallisolierte Fenster Contra: - laut (Hauptstraße) - minimale Ausstattung - kein Handtuch Halter / keine Garderobe / kein Wäscheständer (falls man Kleidung hat, die nass geregnet ist, fehlen einfach Möglichkeiten diese irgendwo zum trocknen auszubreiten) - 2 Betten, aber nur ein Sessel - Balkon sehr schmal, nicht möbliert (nur 2 klappstühle) und zusammen mit dem Nachbarzimmer (ohne Trennwand)

positief: ligging bij centrum en nabijheid station. De woning is sober ingericht, maar alles is er. Negatief is dat er veel verkeerslawaai is. Geen eigen balkon, een balkon voor twee woningen, maar door het lawaai en het minder fraaie uitzicht op een parkeergarage is dat geen groot bezwaar.

In der Beschreibung waren 4 Kochplatten angegeben, tatsächlich hat das Appartment nur 2. An Kochgeschirr waren ausschliesslich kleine Töpfe und Pfannen gegeben. Zu keinem Topf gab es Deckel! Es gab weder Spülmittel, noch Backpapier, noch Salz o.Ä.. Im Bad gab es keine Handseife. Es gab einen T-förmigen Haken für die Handtücher, aber diese haben keine Schlaufen zum Aufhängen. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Es gab keine Kleiderhaken oder Garderobe. +:Gutes Internet.

As usual, our stay was very pleasurable and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment that was assigned to us was spacious, clean and the kitchen well equipped. The staff at the reception were all awesome, so friendly and willing to help out. The BHMS is only a stone throw away from the Altstad, has three supermarkets in the near vicinity and well served by public transport. Who could ask for more?

The apartment building is well located about 7 mins away from the Lucerne station by bus. The room was spacious and clean. The single beds were big enough. It is a nice and basic apartment with restaurants and shops nearby.

This was our second stay this year and we will keep coming back, needless to say we love it, every time, newly renovated and more spacious suites at an affordable price in a great location. Staff is friendly, professional and we were well looked after in every way. It meets our needs perfectly. We were allowed to move in far ahead of the check-in time, a real bonus after a long flight and travel time, another welcome gesture was the free pass to the Lucerne transit buses for the duration of our stay. We are totally satisfied and would recommend this accommodation to anyone.
