Convenient to the hospital, easy parking, friendly staff. Bed did hurt my back but I have a bad back so very picky on beds.

Myriad numbers of Swallow nests have overtaken the hotel roofline with resultant mess. The handicapped accessible shower was horrific. One shower head was so high it couldn’t be reached. The other was too low. Water could not be contained in the shower stall resulting in a wet, slippery bathroom floor. There was almost no counter space to set bathroom supplies.

They continue to return year after year, even after our efforts of hiring different companies to get them removed and setting our roof up with non-harmful traps to prevent the birds from nesting at our property. Nonetheless, please know that we have companies scheduled to come help us remove the birds. We understand and feel your frustration in this matter. Thanks again and safe travels!

Stayed one night bc we were in Lubbock for a concert. Great place to stay because it’s very clean, comfortable and property in nice condition. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. Also many things a short driving distance.

The bed linen could have been cleaner and changed. The good amenities the breakfast laundry free parking free wi-fi location to stores and eating places. Quiet safe neighborhood.

Great hotel, nice staff. They have an EV charger, although you have to reduce charging power, otherwise it will tell the breaker. Pet friendly and a nice grass so behind the hotel for the dogs to take care of business.

Housekeeping never came by to do any cleaning, like taking the trash out, even when the sign was on the door knob asking for service. Ran out of coffee, small stuff like that.

We love staying here every time we come to Lubbock! Our room was so spacious with the large kitchen table that came in handy for the kids playing games. The only thing I was sad about was the pool heater was broken. We found out when we got there. Other than that it was great. We will stay there again!

Under the bed was what seemed to be a dog bone , and an empty bottle . Therefore I’m not sure if the room wasn’t cleaned or if they just didn’t clean under the bad .

Best Westerns have quickly become my go-to and this one didn't miss the mark. Checked in after 1am. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Hotel and rooms were clean. We missed breakfast so can't chime in on that. Only thing, I wish they had a coffee bar set up in the lobby so if you miss breakfast you can still get coffee.

Great hotel, on the way to Colorado
When traveling, we like Best Westerns and this one was no exception. The heater was a bit noisy, but the breakfast made up for it. Would stay again.

New Home Away from Home
Great stay!! Wonderful if you have a fur baby that travels with you! Plenty of grassy area for pets. Room was good and breakfast… real eggs!!!! They also make you aware of what to expect for breakfast each day! Overall we think this will be our new home away from home in Lubbock.

Room was very comfy and location was good. Breakfast was not so great—burritos were a good idea, but they were not warm and were pretty tasteless. Maybe just a fluke.
