This property is located right in the middle of some Hutongs. It is surrounded by amazing shopping with tons of local food and shops. It is even close to many historical locations such as the forbidden palace and Tiananmen square. Even though the surrounding area, the rooms are quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the street. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but they are clean. They offer inexpensive laundry services every day, which is hard to find when traveling China. Also, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They were always willing to answer questions and solve problems. One staff member, Lucy, even helped me order a power bank from her personal account and had it delivered right to the hotel within an hour. Amazing! Highly recommend staying here. Review on Property too high. It should be around 7.5. Location good. The lobby I found was really messy and could have been organized and cleaned up a bit. Patio is too small and could be enlarged. We stayed on the 7th floor and hall carpet should be replaced. The wifi is terrible. Bathrooms needs work. should have been inspected before using. Staff is very good and premise is very secure. House cleaning starts too early and loud. They also started renovations upstairs and we can hear all the noise from our room (morning). Remember - Its all the small stuff that makes it Great! They need to work on it. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

It’s a budget rundown place so it’s acceptable for the price. Bit far to walk to MTR. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel staff are pleasant 5 minute walk to metro station , bed is comfy , bath is nice . Property is generally really a nice but some furniture in the room has lots of wear and tear . Otherwise fine
