Looked nothing. Absolutely nothing like it was advertised. Shower or bath were impossible to use (thank god for sink baths) the banging a such outside was insane. No one wanted to help with anything. Felt like a massive inconvenience to almost everyone. Very disappointed on how it was advertised. A was nothing close to that. An the floors. When I say our feet were BLACK after walking on them. They were BLACK. Genuinely requesting a refund because this was ridiculous. Not being from the area. An treated as such a bother. Was very disheartening

Terrible experience. Very rude staff. Construction everywhere. I couldn’t get the smell of paint out of the room. Maintenance walked in without knocking. Then to end my experience, the airport shuttle left me. After reserving a spot, I was instructed to wait in the Lobby. Shuttle proceeded to leave without notifying guests that were waiting in the lobby for shuttle. Staff didn’t seem to care.

The room was clean, the front desk was helpful and accommodating, and the airport shuttle was well organized and prompt. Definitely worth the stay if you want to be close to LAX the night before a flight. The area was somewhat noisy and part of the hotel was under construction. The rooms weren’t in perfect condition (some of the tiles in my bathroom were wobbly). Overall it was worth the price for one night.

Rooms were clean. Staff were not helpful and shuttle service is not very good waited over 1.5 hrs. Definitely don't recommend for airport stay spend the extra money and go to Hilton or other hotel airport. Even Motel 6 shuttle passed twice before this one came.

The hotel didn't have a shuttle on the day we arrived, but the hotel paid for our taxi ride, so that was okay. The room was nice and clean. We were placed in their building across the street from the office, this made our stay quiet. The shuttle quickly got us back to the airport.

After a 13 hour flight from Barcelona there was no shuttle service offered. We had to pay an extra 20.50 for taxi. I booked this property because it was described being renovated a free shuttle to the hotel. I’m very disappointed.

The hotel staff are very nice and polite. The property is undergoing a renovation. They are modern, clean and comfortable. The property, being close to the airport, is busy and noisy. The room we stayed at was on the lower level, even though I asked for second floor. It was an honest mistake by the front staff and no harm done, although you can certainly hear the people in the room above walk around and make noise. All in all, clean, comfortable, and more than enough for a couple nights stay for the price.

I booked the property on Expedia and went to the designated shuttle pickup location. It was already around 10 pm, and I had children in tow, so catching an Uber over wasn't an option. I called two different phone numbers approximately 4-6 times each, without any answer. Eventually I called central reservations, and they put me on hold, where eventually they disconnected the call after waiting 20 minutes on hold attempting to get ahold of the hotel. By midnight I had watched every other hotel shuttle come and go several times, and was through waiting, (flight boarded early in the am the following morning), and I waited out a completely miserable night in the airport. Sometime in the middle of the night, I received an email saying that I had missed the shuttle and it was my fault. Still haven't received any refund, but I will definitely be challenging this with my credit card.
