Great, clean, and exceptionnally well sound proofed. So grateful that I can stay in a hotel that does not accept pets as I am very allergic and there are very few hotels that are truly this clean and allergen free.

Great hotel. Clean comfy rooms. Pool is quite small and elevators are a bit rough (one broke down that weekend with guests inside)

I requested a bar of soap and was told they don't have them anymore. They only have the dispensers.I think the dispensers are a pain in the ass and useless They should have bars of soap as an option for those who prefer them.

The room was beautiful and clean The breakfast was amazing I was not expecting that . they were very accommodating to us while we stayed and we enjoyed the pool . I want to say We had a problem with our TV and the night manager was the only one on that night and she still came to help us. Thank you for the wonderful 4 days we spent

Large clean rooms free breakfast including eggs pancakes bacon ect. Only downfall is the waterslide is only open during certain days overall a great place to stay

The property is lovely, but the biggest selling point is the very friendly and welcoming woman at the front desk. I wish I knew her name, but unfortunately can’t recall it. She is wonderful; she was so kind and engaging with my kids! Holiday Inn, you are lucky to have her!

For the second time here its not to bad there were flaws the first time, and second time i showed up for some reason my email wasent working so i couldent claim the rewards and get better pricing for a one night stay to have a meeting with a " ontario child lawyer" the pool was chilly, same as the first time i came, the shower didnt work the way it should jus a pain in the ass, so i went to take a bath and the tub was tiny af, then i went to watch tv and the cable in my room isnt working, pretty sad ive gotta go to the gym and watch tv and i paid more for the second visit with one bed and a couch the i did for the last visit in which i had 2 beds , driving 500 km for one night and the little problems just arnt worth it i can get a night cheeper at another place the only reason to coming here is the pool for my daughter and neice during the stay ..

Upon review, I am no notes that these were raised to the Front Desk, we would never have a guest in a room with these issues, our bath tubs are the same size as your home tub, the showers work fine and the pool is maintained at 84 degrees and monitored several times a day. If anything, we would have offered a room move to ensure your stay was satisfactory. We wish you all the best in your future travels.

I didnt like that they were renovating a room above us and sounded like they were up there all threw the early morning from 4ish am and on but everything eles was bice it was clean big room 2 tvs nice staff just super noisy above room 315

Very clean room !
I came to the holiday inn with my husband ! Our room was extremely clean! Our tv didnt work at 1st but the man that came to fix it was super nice ! The only thing that i wished you had was paperview so we could order a movie.

We chose this hotel simply because of the water slide. When we got here and went in this morning, we were told that lifeguard doesn't come till 10:00...we have to be out by 11....no indication on the website as far as I could see. Wife and son were bummed...I talked to them at the front desk and no one seemed interested in chatting about it. Hot free breakfast was pretty rough. Unripened bananas, over ripened oranges and apples, runny bag eggs, standard tasteless sausages and no bacon....no bacon....I've never seen that before. Coffee was good. They had iogo yogurt. Decent clean room. Shout out to the lady taking care of the breakfast area. She was smiling, doing a great job and seemed genuinely happy. (Unlike Mr unhappy maintenance guy and the emotionless lady at the front counter).

Dear Sir, Let me clarify some items that you seemed to have omitted from your review. Upon booking your room on this site you were immediately sent an email which shows as "read" on Jan 29 at 5:31PM in which the waterslide hours are specifically stated, the same email was sent to you again on Feb 1 (day before check in) and was read at 3:14PM. When you checked in at 4:44PM on Feb 2, you were again informed and sent a text message with the slide hours. The slide was open Friday evening 5-10PM and you were able to use it. On Saturday morning you could have requested a late check out to use the slide but instead you chose to break rules and have your child climb the slide to use it without water. I am sorry but we will not apologize for looking out for guest safety. No one was unhappy or emotionless, but someone had to look out for your child's safety. We wish you all the best in your future travels and in your attempts to become an NLS Certified Lifeguard so you can supervise your child on the waterslide.

Holiday Inn Woodstock is always a wonderful hotel to stay, they have wonderful staff, great free breakfast and a water slide for the kids. 10/10
