Practical 1 bedroom house for rent in quite and familial location.House 'R28' is situated near the center of the residential area Cala Canyelles with the community swimming pool, diving school, restaurant, bar and information office.Nearby is the beautiful beach of Cala Canyelles.( Distance to the swimming pool 600 m, and the stairs to the beach about 950 m.)You have the right to use the pool paying 4 euros per day per person with one drink included or 18 euros per person per week with one drink included.The holiday house 'R28' consists of 1 bedroom , a bathroom with bathtub, kitchen, living room, satellite TV (Astra), and a furnished terrace. Parking. All on one level.The bedroom has a 2 beds and is equipped with cupboards, blankets and pillows. Optional rental of bed linen and towels.This house can be occupied by one more person (extra bed or sofa bed) with an extra cost.From the living-room you acede to a terrace with outdoor furniture. Optional portable BBQ.The kitchen is equipped with gas, dishes, microwave, fridge with freezer and coffee maker (Melitta)Pets are allowed on request (5€/ day).This house is ideal to enjoy your holidays near the beach and the sea.
