The staff were outstanding. Anderson at the front desk and Bapina (sic) from the restaurant we’re wonderful. Very professional and efficient. The cleaning staff too, such lovely ladies. Very convenient location for exploring, walking, shopping, cafes and accessing public transportation and/or sightseeing.

Conveniently located and a gorgeous hotel. The Comfort of the bed raise the bar. The staff where knowledgeable and very helpful. Never been to an hotel where the staff acted like I was family, the owner even gave me a ride to the hop on and off bus. I highly recommend anyone to stay and I will definitely book again.

If you are looking for a quiet location in Lisbon this hotel may not be for you. Descending planes going into the Humberto Delgado Airport makes this a fairly noisy spot.

It is an excellent hotel--I stayed in three during my visit to the Lisbon area and this one was the best. One thing that might need improvement is soundproofing--when my neighbor watched TV I heard it very clearly.
