Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

I booked and paid for the rental and received a confirmation from you guys!

Once I arrived to Lima Peru I took a taxi to the property that was rented and paid in advance to find out that the landlord said they don’t work with VRBO any more and I had to take my luggage and look for a hotel in the middle of the night!! Shame on both of you! I will make my complaint public!!! People need to know how you run business!!
