This is a beautifully remodeled home on a quiet street. It has a very large yard and many trees to make for a private setting. The home is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland, 30 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park and 1.5 hours from Churchill Downs. The garage is currently not available for renters use.

This house worked out well for us while we visited family. The beds were comfortable, and there were multiple areas to sit and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you would need if you wanted to cook. Excellent stay.

Comfy cozy home in Lexington

The minute you walk in you see the beautiful decorating with attention to detail in every room. The kitchen has both a Keurig for your k-pods, & a coffe pot along with basic spices, cooking oil. The bedsheets and towels are high end with a comfy mattress. Your close by to some new places opening up and a very short drive to any of the downtown restaurants and distilleries. Hope to stay here again if available.

Home Away From Home

Lovely 2/2 home with plenty of bedding for up to 8 comfortably. Clean and well stocked. High quality linens, towels and bedding. Ample space for entertaining great kitchen cutlery, pots, pans, dishes and glassware. House is well laid out for family gatherings. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Location!

We were visiting the area in order to travel the Bourbon Trail. This property location proved to be excellent for traveling to several Bourbon distilleries during our three day stay. In addition, the location provided many options for dining within a 5 - 10 min. drive. As an added bonus there is a Kroger grocery store on the other side of the main road that you enter the property sub-division from. Great for grabbing snacks and drinks for the stay upon arrival.

Beautiful vacation home

This house is located in a beautiful neighborhood. Since we are from Southern California, we enjoyed the trees and beautiful green lawns so much. The well furnished, updated house accommodates 2 couples comfortably, and each couple has a great deal of privacy. The owners were very easy to work with during and prior to our visit. A grocery store, gas, and even scenic drives were convenient to the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Everything was as advertised. The home was very convenient and at the end of a quiet road. Really enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion I would make is some patio furniture on the deck. The built in seating wasn’t comfy and the wife loved her coffee on the patio. But really, is that fair to complain about??? Great place. We’d book it again!
