Guest beware. Our reservation was not honored upon arrival. We reserved 2 rooms, and they could only find 1 in their system. The staff was rude and offered no assistance in resolving the matter. They failed to even check for a room at their adjoining property. We were forced to find another hotel at a higher price. The next morning we were emailed a bill for the unused room. We returned to the hotel to resolve. Suddenly they found it in their system and tried to blame us. We were referred to the Area Manager for resolution. While initially helpful, he went silent.Bottom line, although a beautiful property, avoid due to poor management and the risk of being standing on their front steps with no room despite the guest’s best efforts.

Staff was unbelievable rude. Check in was 3pm. Never got key code thru app. Had to wait 45 mins due to everybody trying to check in. There was only one person checking people in. Why have keyless checkin if they don’t use it? After checkin, I could not find elevator and the only other staff member in lobby couldn’t speak English. Great hotel, bad staff.

My son and I came to stay for the Alabama/Kentucky football game in November 2023. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. The room was comfortable and it was in a safe area. I would definitely come back

Very bad experience.
We arrived and were not given the king room we reserved. Had to wait approximately 40 minutes to be told the Hotel would not help us bc we booked through this site. Then had to wait a half hour on the phone only to be told that hotels.com would not provide any refund on the $600 room. We specifically reserved the king - changed hotels to stay there - and both the Marriott and hotels.com pointed fingers at each other with the net being we didn’t received what we paid a lot of money for. The customer service at both was atrocious. Particularly the front desk at the Marriott (Adrielle) and the “customer service” at hotels.com (Kenya). Tough to know which was worse.

Beautiful location with so many things to do you would need a week. Very fun area. Unfortunately the hotel falls short. Valet parking at 31$plus tip and no luggage service. If you book with Expedia you will be located in the worst room on the property. Property is over the top noisy on the weekends. ( college town) however that is the offset for so much to do. The pool is small, but maintained perfectly. The roof top infinity louge is convenient but understaffed. That all being said I would stay here again. I just feel they have some work to put in, to become top tier.

Stayed here for the Railbird Festival and will definitely stay again next year! Easy walk to the venue, lots of restaurant options walkable and clean and safe hotel!
