Excellent rapport qualité prix. Un emplacement parfait qui regroupait de nombreux avantages: le calme, des espaces de vie adapté à une famille, la piscine, la localisation près du lac, l'accès à l'appartement depuis le parking sous terrain... Ensoleillement toute la journée. L'appartement est parfaitement agencé pour optimiser tous les espaces. Cuisine au top ainsi que salle de bain. Canapé lit spacieux et confortable. Du mobilier et de la vaisselle de qualité. Il manquerait juste un petit transat sur le balcon pour bouquiner au calme. 😉
