Overall, this is a great place to stay for a larger group, although with a few quirks people should know.
Pros: very clean; great, responsive host; lots of big comfortable beds; not too far from Lead, but feels secluded in the woods; lots of large, comfortable gathering places to hang out; fun things for kids/adults to do: big TV, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, video games; great, functional kitchen; large driveway to park multiple vehicles; close enough to ATV trails to drive off from the cabin
Cons: some accessibility issues that could cause problems for people with mobility issues, such as no hand railings on stairs and loose, warped boards on back patio that cause a tripping hazard; one bathroom is part of the master suite and there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom, so that bathroom cannot be easily shared; the second bathroom has a sliding barn door that often leaves a gap at the side as well as a gap at the bottom, especially as it swings outward from the bottom, so isn't great if you aren't super comfortable with the other people you are traveling with seeing/hearing you use the bathroom; the two bunk beds in the basement do not have top railings, so would only be good for older teens to sleep in; although not a ton, there were more than average cleaning chores requested of guests at checkout despite the decent size cleaning fee
