This fabulous house comfortably sleeps fourteen guests and has been newly renovated to provide ideal accommodation for groups of cyclists and large families seeking a modern, spacious holiday home. Boasting an enviable location, a few minutes walk from town and set in large private gardens. The house has direct access to the river and plenty of outside space to enjoy the mountain views, dine alfresco, or relax with an aperatif after a day exploring the mountains.

The house is well appointed throughout offering spacious and comfortable communal areas, generous sized bedrooms, and a kitchen well equipped for your self-catered stay.

The ground floor has a twin bedroom with en-suite, large open plan lounge with large comfortable sofas, tv and wood burner for the colder months . There is a dining table seating fourteen with patio doors to the terrace. The entrance hallway is spacious and light with table and chairs beside french doors from where to enjoy morning coffee or to peruse guidebooks/routes and plan the day's activities. The French doors open out to a furnished terrace, garden and BBQ area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for your self-catered needs. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board and direct access to the secure garage for bike storage.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are six bedrooms, one twin bedroom with single beds and balcony, one double room with balcony and ensuite, one single bedroom, one large dorm room comfortably sleeping five in single beds, and king size bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC, and balcony. There are two additional shower rooms with WC.

The house has a long driveway with space for several vehicles and is surrounded by gardens offering plenty of space to fettle with bikes.

Terrific property and location for cycling
Lucked out with perfect early fall weather and group of 10 did major climbs and exploring. Property was perfect and well laid out for our group of ten. Indoor spaces large enough when chilly evenings mean eating and hanging out inside.

Gut ausgestattetes Haus in super Umgebung für Aktionsurlaub, ob Radf., Klettern oder Wandern. In dem Bach kann man sogar baden (August), wenn man nicht zu dem nahen Badesee möchte.

Secluded mansion in the middle of Le-Bourg-d’Oisans
Perfect spot for a (cycling) holiday with a large group. Spacious house with an even more spacious garden all around the house which makes the place feel private and secluded even though you are just a mere 5 minute stroll away from the city center. Well equipped kitchen (and barbecue) where one is able to cook for a big group. Garage has a bicycle maintenance station and room to fit 10+ bicycles, that and the surrounding mountains/climbs make it a cycling paradise. Good communication with the hosts, clean accommodation, all around a great experience.
