Deceptively large -great for family groups

A lovely property. Much larger than it first seems. Ideally positioned for beach, market and shops and an easy cycle to La Flotte and St Martin.

Our week in Ile de Re

The property is great, it has a lovely courtyard setting with a heated swimming pool, the living space is plentiful and the location is perfectly split between the market and beach.

Fantastisch!

Prachtig vakantiehuis met alle comfort. De.ligging is super, op je slippers naar zee, dichtbij de markt, bakker, ijs van La Martiniere, winkeltjes etc. Alles voor een hele fijne vakantie.

Fabulous villa , great location

Family of 4 with 2 adult children. This worked so well with accommodation, everyone was happy . A really lovely villa , internally and externally. Tha pool was such a bonus and a good size . Location was perfect. Lots of great cycling and walks along the beach . Would definitely come back again.

Maison idéalement située (plage à proximité immédiate), lumineuse et bien agencée.

Semaine de détente en famille (7 personnes dont 4 enfants). Maison bien équipée, de plan pied, bien agencée (on s'y sent à l'aise avec un sentiment d'espace) . Plusieurs espaces extérieurs (couvert et non couvert) pour manger en extérieur. Piscine à 29 degrés. Repos garanti . Quartier très ccalme. Marché alimentaire à 5 minutes à pied très bien fourni en produits de qualité à des prix corrects.

Perfect house perfect neighborhood

This house is beautiful. It’s very convenient to have a bathroom for every bedroom. 2 min from the beach walking distance. 5 min from the town market, grocery store, pharmacy, boulangerie walking distance. Perfect house for your family reunions.

Maison idéale pour un séjour réussi

Maison très lumineuse et très bien organisée. La circulation intérieur / extérieur est extremement fluide car toutes les pièces ont une porte fenetre sur le jardin et facilitent la vie en grand nombre. Maison bien equipee, jardin et piscine très agréables. Situation idéale, on peut tout faire à pieds : marché quotidien pendant la haute saison à 600m, très grande plage à 200m avec guinguettes trés sympas, loueur de velos à 450m et des pistes cyclables sur toute l ile. Nous recommandons cette maison et y reviendrons.

Beautiful place but in need of some care

My family and I go to the Ile de Re every year having lived in the region previously it is a favourite place for us. The villa was a beautiful place very close to the beach however it is in need of some serious care. There were 9 of us and there was a surplus mattress that we were told they did not know where it should go so we would have to lean it against the wall in a bedroom being used for the duration. There was a graveyard of broken loungers at the back and not enough to service our party. All the rooms had a strong smell of mould/ fusty , so much that clothes not worn smelt so strong on our return. We were also left with the rubbish of the previous residents and asked to dispose of this? In addition we were unable to have a barbecue as it was dirty and had grease and food still on it. The villa is beautiful and in a perfect spot so it is such a shame that it has been run down like this. I would also question what the money we had to pay for the service was used for as it was clearly dirty and full of broken equipment.

Un séjour de rêve en famille avec des amis !

Excellent séjour passé en famille avec des amis et 4 adultes et 5 enfants . La maison est superbe, très lumineuse avec des espaces préservant l’intimité. L’annexe avec sa chambre et Sde séparée était parfaite pour notre babysitter qui a pu avoir son espace à elle. La piscine chauffée est superbe, parfaite pour les enfants, ensoleillée du matin au soir. L’espace de vie est grand et très agréable. Maison très bien équipée (dvd, tu, wifi... jeux pour enfants...) nous reviendrons l’année prochaine en réservant à l’avance ! Configuration des extérieurs très bonne avec plusieurs terrasses pour le petit déjeuner, pour l’aperitif, le barbecue, les jeux d’enfants.. Situation à Bois Plage impeccable la plage à pied, le marché et le centre-ville a 800m. Le loueur de vélo entre les deux. Une situation centrale sur l’ile de Ré très appréciable. La conciergerie est très efficace et réactive. Très bon rapport avec la propriétaire qui nous a facilité notre arrivée et nous a très bien conseillé pour notre séjour. Un grand merci !
