Brilliant
Brilliant day at the ladies day. Great meal and great entertainment. Only issue was drink a bit expensive. Room was for 4 and it was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely go back.

This is a lovely quiet hotel within easy reach of Glasgow. Great customer service. Bedrooms are a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows, plus there are plug sockets next to the bed.

First Timer - Will be back again for sure....
Ample parking, great location and reception team offering a fast and efficient check in. Lovely room, comfy bed and amenities. Bar and restaurant both spacious and comfy with a lovely selection of food and drink. Great team.... thanks for a pleasant stay.

Convenient.
Convenient, clean and had a comfortable bed. It was hot day/night and they provided a fan which helped. I would have liked a much lighter duvet, but I did not ask if one was available.

We were given an accessible room which is not what we booked. It was the first room in the corridor so we didn't get much sleep - woken up by guests going to their rooms in the evening and people were queuing for the function rooms next to our room from 7am The breakfast was good

Nice hotel really nice staff
Very nice hotel and staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. Room needed a bit of updating, e.g. door in bathroom would not close (maintenance man repaired this quickly), furniture old and drawers would not open and close properly, duvet lumpy and noisy, silly tap which looked lovely but fiddly to operate.

There was a wedding on when we were there that went in till 12pm. The hotel is too small for weddings and has poor sound proofing. We were in the room probably furthest away and the music was still very loud. So we were unable to sleep. The bed linnin smelt musty as well. That said the staff tried their best to be accomadating and helpfull. The venue just shouldn't book weddings or better soundproof the function room.

No towels were left in my room on night 2, asked front desk for replacements but never came. This isn’t service. Also breakfast doesn’t start till 8am which is to late in the morning if departing. Maybe they should have a grab and go option.

Two night stay
Stayed two nights in their Jade Suite. Spacious accommodation, comfortable bed, lovely ensuite shower room. Room could do with an update - no usb ports. Bed was a four poster with no canopy and the mirrored posts had no knobs which could have caused an injury if you fell into them. Stayed for a family wedding. Food was good quality and well presented. Restaurant staff were young and lacked supervision and customer focus. Nice bar lounge to relax in. Hotel decor was nice.

A great hotel to stay in
This hotel was ideal for some work i was doing in Motherwell, it is just off M74 and ideally situated to get to Glasgow in a morning. The staff are great and the rooms are very nice, i can recommend bothe the breakfast and the extensive menu for an evening meal as well. I will definitely use this hotel again.

We had a lovely big room and all of the hotel was in excellent condition. The grounds surrounding really well maintained. I must add praise for the breakfast and the staff who took care of us.

We booked two standard double rooms for one night at the hotel. The first room that we had booked didn’t have any towels and had some rubbish in the room. When we raised this to reception, they were very nice and apologetic and upgraded this room, which was nice of them. The second room was fine, but the decor is a bit dated and the shower is not good - it changed temperature frequently between boiling and luke warm. We had dinner in the evening. The service was good, but the food was average.

A nice modern clean hotel handy for the motorway. Good good. Nice bathroom. Comfortable stay. Only negative was there was a big party on with loud music beating away. Would stay again

From check in to check out the staff were extended friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay great. Room was beautiful and had a view of the fountain outside. We eat in the Opal restaurant and the food was amazing.
