Il dispose également d'une chambre avec un lit 140cm pour 2 personnes. De plus, l'appartement offre également une salle d'eau et un WC séparé. Le logement dispose d'une place de parking privée.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Proche centre ville, à côté du stade Marcel Deflandre pour les amateurs de Rugby. Place de parking en extérieur.Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

Apparemment spacieux situé dans une résidence très calme. Un balcon. A 2km du vieux port, très peu de commerces à proximité immédiate. L'appartement était sale à notre arrivée (visiblement le ménage qui était inclus dans le prix avait été à peine fait:wc très très sales, de la poussière, la serpillière avait peut-être été passée dans la salle mais pas dans la chambre ni dans la cuisine), des verres manquants ou ebreches. Très peu de vaisselle. Vu le prix par nuit, le rapport qualité prix n'y était pas du tout.

Appartement très calme très bien situé et propre

A deux pas du port neuf et pas très loin du vieux port non plus, quartier calme et agréable. Manque un peu d'équipement (serpillière !!) mais très propre.
