Reversible air conditioning (split system) in all rooms.
On the ground floor: kitchen, fully equipped, integrated with the dining room with a cozy and functional atmosphere, a bathroom with shower and access to a small pool to cool off.
On the first floor: spacious living room with fireplace, several sofas, wifi and room with 1.50 bed.
On the second floor: 2 rooms: 1 bed 1.50 + 2 beds x 90 + a bathroom with shower + pica (sink) in the hallway for the comfort of guests.
 
The location of the house is unbeatable, located in the center of the village on a cul-de-sac, which guarantees tranquility and privacy. Ideal to enjoy with family or friends, either chatting by the fireplace or sharing fun moments with board games.
