Great little hotel in Krabi town easy walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go. Pleasantly surprised when we got a swim out suite. Comfortable clean and quiet will definitely stay here again.

Easy checkin, friendly front desk and housekeeping. Walkable to a few dinner spots. Food market within 3 blocks. Hotel food closes at 5pm. Pretty good breakfast included. Hotel is located I downtown Krabi

Clean and Friendly Helpful staff
Great stay- walking distance to the night market which was amazing and is expensive to get to when you stay in town. The staff was extremely helpful and provided shuttle (for pay) to the ferry- pool was nice and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was delicious

Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy. A/C works well and room stays cool despite the outside heat and humidity. Bathroom was a bit small but functional. Restaurant and bar service is good while the pool is open but after 5pm is all shut. If you come back early from your evening out go via a 7 eleven to pick up some supplies for the room.

I stayed for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable, I did find that I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. There were small ants around the bathroom and areas in the room. Rest of the room was in great condition, comfortable bed, spacious room. Staff at the front desk were super helpful, I forget her name (shorter hair), she helped me and had helpful tips for day trips!

The hotel is rather new and with adequate amenities in the room. However be prepared to have families on vacation as room neighbours who could become noisy and uncomfortable sometimes if looking for some rest. Just for EXPEDIA update: The hotel DOES HAVE reception which can be contacted anytime. Another thing is that hotel staff did not reply to our email inquiring from transportation options once at Krabi airport. Their shuttle service (500 THB fee) could be somewhat pricey but if arriving late perhaps it could be and advisable option.

Disappointing trip
Hotel itself is quite nice and clean. Location to shopping is about 10 mins walk. Management ideas need to change. Only give you one key card so that when you leave the room, you cannot use the card to keep your air conditional on to save electricity. At night they also lowered the temperature to save electricity. Krabi is very humid and hot. Breakfast is so budget, needs to improve!!! Bed is comfortable, bathroom smell, have to put the toilet fan on all the time. Restaurant food is quite good, don't go for massage, is really bad and expensive.

The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly and kind. The location was poor in that there wasn’t much around within walking distance for dining and the hotel restaurant felt like a cafeteria. Also the drinks were different from the pictures in appearance and also ingredients. Drink prices were inflated but food items were reasonable. Overall it was worth the price

1 night- 2 day visit
Check in was fast and friendly. Staff very helpful. We checked in around midday and then went out exploring Krabi. The hotel is close to the main area but still 5-10 min's walk. The hotel ordered us a taxi to the airport for day 2 and stored our bags for us as our flight was late evening whilst we explored the area some more. They allowed us to shower before we departed. The room and hotel was clean, modern and fresh looking. There was good car parking space and lobby area. However, the balcony door in our room did not shut properly and had a small gap allowing bugs to enter. There were ant in our room when we arrived but none later so this did not bother us, but they came form the central corridor so could be anywhere. The air conditioning worked but required a long time to cool the room and had no fast setting so we went to sleep hot but woke up in a refreshing room. Our room had a noise like a washing machine in the background, however we were so tired we slept all night, but you could hear it in the morning and evening when we arrived. The shower was modern and nice but the pressure was low, enough to wash but disappointing. The breakfast food was an additional charge, looking at the variety and quality we decided not to have it as there was not a wide selection and at 8 am the trays were 3/4 empty. Finally although we showered and were given towels this was at the pool side with an outdoor shower with no internal area to put clothes only a shelf outside.

They couldn't find my reservation even through I told them the confirmation no from hotels.com. I felt something uncomfortable and not professional. I have no idea who made a mistake, hotels.com or the hotel but no one explained for the situation, even apologized for that at all.

Great place to stay I got the grand villa it’s the first ones right off the beach, was an amazing view, loved sitting on the balcony, room was clean and comfortable, location was very nice as it was 10min away from town if you need a down time and if you want to turn up just a 10mins walk.

New hotel, but the breakfast is terrible
We stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in Krabi before heading over to Railay Beach. The hotel is brand new, so much so the taxi didn't even know it was there. It had only been open around 2 weeks. The hotel is nice and clean, although when we arrived there was a cricket on the reception counter as they had all the windows open. We were a bit surprised that we were asked to choose what breakfast we would want for the following day. There was a choice of about 6 things so not much. We went to the room which was brand new as there was still a paint smell in the building which is why I guess the windows were open. The shower was a bit slow to drain and the room had obviously been "stood" a while as there were a few bugs making webs on the floor etc. But it wasn't a massive problem. The main issue with this is the breakfast, We stayed in 11 hotels during our travel of Thailand and this was the worst one. I had a pan cooked egg breakfast, the white of the egg was still clear and runny, so I sent it back to be cooked both sides. A slice of processed ham, a processed chicken sausage and some tomato. My boyfriend had a "English breakfast" which was basically the same thing except he got "baked beans" which were soaked in vinegar. He also got some toast which was about all we ate. We had to go out and get food after as we were so hungry. Shame there was no buffet or a choice of what you had such as eggs on toast instead. The OJ and fruit was nice through.

Sehr modern, sehr sauber, sehr ruhig - sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Schöner, sauberer, kleiner Pool - Ende März war aber nichts los. Frühstück nichts besonderes - ist okay - braucht man nicht unbedingt. Allgemein Krabi Stadt war sehr ruhig und „verlassen“ - ganz anderes Flair im Gegensatz zu anderen Städten in Thailand - ca. 15min zu Fuß zum Nachtmarkt.

Fint hotel centralt i krabi. Dejligt bløde og gode senge også. Havde dog håbet på en altan der var større end 1m2, og solsengen ved poolen kunne ikke justeres så man kunne ikke ligge på maven med mindre man lå på fliserne desværre. Ellers fint sted

Nous sommes arrivés vers 16h, les chambres n etaient pas prêtes. De plus nous avions réservé 2 chambres, à notre arrivée 1 seule chambre etait prevue. Le petit dejeuner etait tres simple pour des français. Par contre l hôtel est très propre et décoré avec gout.
