Honestly reading all the bad reviews I don’t know what are they talking about. First of all is Hong Kong, if you want a big hotel room then pay for one. This place is AMAZING for that price. Room Is small but is quite and cozy. Very clean. CONVINIENT and easy to find. Close to the MRT and all the main attraction. Mister Mike, the owner pretty nice guy! He reached at me with all the info about the place. Always willing to help and with a big smile. Seriously, if you are on the budget and not too picky this is the best place to stay. I totally would recommend this place and I’d stay again.

I have never stayed in such a small hotel room, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. My room was around 7 ft. by 8 1/2 ft., and some of that was carved out for a bathroom. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like cigarette smoke. It was poorly maintained, and the wallpaper was peeling in a number of places. I was supposed to have a deluxe twin room. There was nothing deluxe about it in any way, and it had only one small bed, not 2 twins. The bed was less than 6 feet long, probably around 5 ft. 9 inches, so if you are taller than that, you would be uncomfortable in the bed.

Perfect Location
The hotel was perfectly located in Tsim Sha Tsui, right next to the MTR Station. Would highly recommend based on the location alone, as I was able to commute to any part of Hong Kong easily. Room was clean, bed was firm and comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well. The owner was very welcoming and gave plenty of recommendations. The room is extremely small (bed touches the walls on three sides), but this was expected given the price and didn't really affect me. I would stay here again.

The Hostel was in a great location, easy to find your way to or from the airport. And the subway was a 30 second walk to get you to wherever you needed to go! Mike was amazingly helpful buy messaing me about my late check in and also let me leave my bags there all day the day of check out!

I can't rate this place high enough! Even before I arrive,I was so happy that I booked this hostel, as Mike (owner) made everything easier, clearer and welcoming! I was spending only 1 night, 2 days in HK by myself and had my worries,but after getting in touch with Mike, I knew everything would go smooth!Mike is a total champion!He will go extra mile to make you feel comfortable and enjoy his place and your trip as well!He cares for his place,his customers and provides top notch service! I can't thank enough to him for making my stay great in HK! His place is clean, has all instructions and it is in a perfect location. You can't beat its location!Dont' even think about it, just go book this place, you won't regret it.

Great location. Clean.
This is a very small hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean, tiny, and well appointed. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay in Hong Kong especially if you are out all day and only need a clean and convenient place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint and peaceful place to stay in TST
The place is small which is to be expected of in HK, but it is wonderfully tidy and peaceful. Mike, the owner, is very accommodating and replies to all my messages and questions promptly even though we haven’t met him in person. Checkin was a breeze! Also, the place isn’t really that hard to find (take the B1 exit on Tsim Sha Tsui and turn left; the building’s right after the cosmetics store). We were able to leave our baggage at the reception area for free after checkout. And I’m glad to say that all our stuff was safe and sound (also because they have CCTV cameras all over the reception area). Overall a great stay. Will definitely recommend. Especially for those who doesn’t like the crowded and loud Chungking Mansion and Mirador hostels but wanted to stay at the heart of Hong Kong.

Budget accomodation close to MTR station
If you have a tight budget and not planning to spend much of your team within the room then is fine. Basically a place to sleep and get a shower. Internet connection is good. Before you shower you have to wait for around 20 minutes for hot water.

Such a convenient and comfortable hotel in Hong Kn
The hotel is located on Nathan Road where very very very close to MRT Tsim Sha Tsui Exit B1. There are all facilities you need such as hi-speed wifi, a dryer, an international adapter plug and drinking water that you can refill all bottles you have in the hotel. Even though the rooms are so small and the bathroom cannot even turn around yourself while showering, they are very clean and pretty quiet. Moreover, you don't need to wait elevators long because this building isn't crowded like Chung King Mansion or Maridor Mansion . If I go to Hong Kong again, this hotel will be my first choice for staying all a trip. ;)

The room was small but comfortable for one person. A nice place to sleep and relax for a while. It was quiet. The bathroom was very small, but again clean and comfortable. The person working (the owner's son) was very friendly as well. As a single traveler, I would definitely stay there again.

A tiny hostel-like room, not a hotel room. Not a
'Hotel' was on 10th floor in a tiny section of the floor. Room... tiny. Bed tiny. No place for luggage. Bathroom... sink, toilet, and shower in same 3 foot by 4 foot area/room. We saw this and after trying to find vacancies elsewhere, we went to airport, changed our flight, and left 4 days earlier. We took the loss, and it was end of a longer vacation. Though for real budget traveler this might be ok as a hostel substitute, the qualification of 'hotel' is a lie.

Centrally situated
The hotel was very central...close to Shim Sha Tsui station from where you can take a train to anywhere. The airport bus stops next door. There are plenty of places to eat all around. And shopping is a delight in this area. Unfortunately all rooms are very small and the bathroom even smaller. But that's the situation in HK unless you pay higher rates. The room was cleaned daily by a smiling housemaid and request is immediately fulfilled. The owner/manager was a helpful man and nothing was too much to request for.

Small but perfectly formed
Sunrise hotel is in the centre of TST very close to a metro, a great location to explore Kowloon and very easy to get to HK island. Great value for money. The rooms are very small but with space under the bed for luggage, very effective air con, hair dryer, and the bed is large and comfy. Mike is very helpful, he sent directions prior to our arrival that made the travel in from the airport and finding the hotel very easy; as well as providing info on the area and further a field. Highly recommend it if you want a well located comfy base and don't mind the limited space.

Stayed in Room No 4. The room size area was 2 metres by 2 metres. The bathroom size area was 1 metre by 1 metre. The host was nowhere to be found when we checked in at 2pm, so we needed to borrow a phone to call him so that we could get in. The hotel is simply 1 floor of an old building and is extremely difficult to find. We did not receive any correspondence from the host during the week leading up to staying.

Cosy room in a great location
Choosing Sunrise International - Boutique Hotel was the best decision before arriving to Hong Kong. First of all, the shuttle bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel's entrance, so we didn't get lost in the city. Mike, the owner is the best host I've ever met, he was instantly reachable every time via Whatsapp and made sure that we have a great time. The rooms are very small but who cares since we've only used it for sleeping. The location and cleanliness of this hotel makes it the best choice in this category!

I believe this “boutique hotel” was misrepresented
This is not a boutique hotel, it appears to be an office area in a commercial building that has been converted to 5 rooms for rent. My room was approximately 3 x 2.5 m. This included the bedroom and ensuite. The bedroom was only large enough for a double size bed and a small corridor against the wall to get in and out. The ensuite had the toilet, shower and wash basin all within an area of approximately 1 x 1.5 m. I needed to squeeze between the toilet and washbasin to reach the shower. When it was turned on water went all over the toilet, washbasin and anything else to the cubicle. To describe this as a deluxe twin room is ridiculous. To send me an itinerary that indicates ‘additional fees will also be charged for minibar and telephone’ is equally ridiculous and misleading. There was no minibar (not even a bottle of warm water) and certainly no telephone. Access to the hotel was via a tiny lift, on most mornings I shared the lift with some builders carting rubble down from the top story.

Hotel is at an extremely convenient location. You can take the airport right outside the hotel and the metro is only a minute walk from the hotel. The owner Mike is very friendly and always ready to help with whatever advise or service that you may need.
