清潔で快適なホテル。立地は微妙。
隣にコンビニがありますが、徒歩圏内にお店やレストランがないので不便。 ホテル自体はキレイで快適でした。

I do not want to be too harsh, but, the room I stayed in, 1 Bedroom Suite, was adequate but very basic. A little bit of age starting to show. No WiFi, to talk about, unless you ventured to the reception area. All the negatives start to outweigh the good.

Property was fairly new and pool facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with 2 TVs but neither worked very well. The pictures and sound were very poor as if no aerial. Unfortunately the room floors were pretty dirty with horrible stains. Needed a good wash. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had to be delivered to the room and had a good choice. I don't think there was a restaurant! We had to choose a time that we wanted delivery of breakfast. It was an hour late and cold didn't bother eating it.

Disappointed with my room
The initial apartment was awful and I genuinely am/was considering taking this much further, it was at the very least false advertising. I ending up having to upgrade to another apartment which cost an additional £11.00 per night for 18 nights on top of the amount already paid.

Eine in die Jahre gekommene Anlage mit vielen privaten Einheiten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewertungen hier, war das Personal sehr nett, stets ansprechbar und hatten stets ein offenen Ohr. Das Zimmer selbst war für den von uns bezahlten Preis OK. Handtücher wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Die Lage ist nahezu ideal, da zwischen zwei netten Buchten.

When entering the room there was a smell from the toilets / drains , the couch is in desperate need of a deep clean and the air con needs servicing . The staf were pleasant enough as were the facilities but had I been paying the full price rather than the sale price I would have complained there and then .

Hyvä 4-tähden hotelli Fishermen Villagen läheisyydessä. Iso uima-allas, kuntosali ja sauna asukkaiden käytössä. Lähistöllä runsaasti ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja. Oleskeluni aikana pihalla oli remontti, joka häiritsi jonkin verran. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen. Ei kannata liata pyyhkeitä, koska niistä joutuu maksamaan.

A little far from anything. The rooms are completely bare, no phone or little “trinkets”. The pool was nice as was the sauna but the hot tub wasn’t in use (hadn’t been for months) and the swim up bar didn’t open once. A disappointing place to be honest.

Отель отличный! Все есть, расположение недалёко от прогулочной улицы Fisherman Village, минут 15 пешком. Если вы на машине или мопеде, идеальное место размещения. Есть спортзал, хаммам, миникуня, тостер и стиральная машина. Если вы хотите путешествовать по острову,а не сидеть в отеле, это идеальное место размещения за небольшую стоимость. Всем советую.

깨끗함. 그러나 위치가 영- 별로
시설도 깨끗하고 수영장도 크고 좋았어요. 근데 위치가 정말 별로- 비치에서도 멀고 시내랑도 멀고. 오토바이 렌트하면 상관없지만 그렇지않을 경우엔 택시비 엄청 나옵니다. 근처에 식당이없어요. 리조트내에서 드시는게 아니라면 무조건 시내로 나가야해요(입구에 편의점 있으니 주전부리야 거기서 해결한다쳐도..) 피셔맨스빌리지까지 택시비 200바트/챠웽비치까지 400바트나와요(편도 금액입니다) 아이동반 가족들은 지내기 좋아요. 레지던스는 대부분 유아동반 장기숙박객들이었어요. 배낭여행이라면 챠웽비치쪽 숙소잡기를 추천합니다.

Super godt lejligheds kompleks, alle pengene værd. Måske det sted hvor der har været mest value for money ud af de 7 steder vi nåede at bo i Thailand. Værelset var rent og enkelt indrettet og den lille fisker village lå tæt på, som er fyldt med restauranter og små butikker.

Great value , very comfortable
The hotel is really spacious. Shower is great, hot, and enough room. Every day they clean the room. And even when we had a small Spider but could not teach it, 3 people came to the rescue ;). Comfortable bed, great kitchenette. Only the swimmingpool can handle more care. PH levels are too high. All in all a great stay and good help with everything like booking trips, getting information or just renting scooters. Although the hotel is not directly at the beach, there is a beach on the other side of the road. 100 meter walk.

Reasonable price but lack of service
Nothing much to explain. Room was comfortable but it is too hard to get in and out from hotel since some part is condominium and we got only one card to access. No room introduction just get in for sleep is fine. Gym was old.

Terrible location and wifi
The room and hotel itself were nice but wifi is terrible, could not get any wifi in our room and even in areas where the wifi signal was strong it was very slow and did not work well. 15 to 20 mins walk from anything and very dangerous to walk along the road especially at night as there are no side paths. Hotel taxi is quite expensive considering the location and starts at 200 baht. Perhaps they should consider a free shuttle? Hotel staff speak very limited English. More of an apartment complex then a hotel/resort

The problem with wifi we are now solving and looking a new provider in the next future . The hotel taxi fare is quite reasonable if you call the taxi outside I think it more expensive than our hotel. We also have free shuttle service to Chaweng but you have to book in advance. Tennis was not for hotel customers. Gym aircondition was broken. I spend long Period and ask them to fix It. Aircondition in room was really dirty. Next room customers was made to pay for broken glass At balconydoor even They did not break It. Room did not have any furniture At the balcony. Everything We ask from the hotel We did not get. Bed was cleaned Only one time a week. This was more Like badly maintained apartment. Not a hotel.

The Gym air-conditioner was broken and now we are going to pass this problem to the engineer to fix it and now is on process. In Regarding the the broken glass door, I am not sure the room is belong to the owner room or our room but if they made the glass broken, the owner room must inform their guest fix it and before all guest check in they have to check that everything is alright or in good conditions. If you stay as monthly, you can see the contract that the hotel must clean up the room 1 time per week and that was our condition and you can read before sign your name. Ein schöner& netter Aufenthalt
Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt (sogar eine kleine Küche 👏)... Es gibt zwei Pools, die sehr gepflegt sind! Die Damen am Empfang waren super nett & hilfsbereit... leider ist der Strand vor der Haustür nicht so schön- daher ist leider nur die Poolnutzung empfehlenswert... wenn ihr allerdings 5 oder 10 Minuten lauft wird der Strand definitiv schöner!!!

As you mentioned on our Breakfast was not included in our room rate regarding the room rate was very cheap and when you booked a room through the website you did not booked with the breakfast. Therefore, when you checked in, you got no ABF included.
