A stunning Property with amazing views! Staff were amazing and welcoming. The property was beautiful, we loved our room. Everything was modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and overall the hotel deserves 5 stars! Would definitely recommend it!

Truly exceptional place
What a wonderful place to stay. Attention to detail is the very best I have ever experienced. Staff and owners are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We were looked after like royalty. We had suite 4 which has the best outlook from its raised decking and great to have breakfast out on in the morning.

We stayed at THEBLOEM for two nights during our honeymoon and it was amazing! Gorgeous view from our suite, breakfast served to our balcony and the staff couldn't do enough for us!

Hidden Gem
This was a hidden gem. The most attentive staff we can remember. The rooms are incredibly modern, beautiful and clean. The views from the balcony area were lovely. Free drinks during happy hour. Have almost anything you want for breakfast cooked and prepared specially for you. Great bathroom. Felt very safe and looked after here. The staff are lovely and take incredible care of you.

Just perfect
My wife and I were there for 2 nights in suite four. THEBLOEM is the place of superlatives. No compromise. Just the best in everything : style, comfort, food, views, service, attention to details, little extras which make the difference. It sounds as I were the owner’s friend, so I will add a comment on improvement potential : the taps are too high and water tends to spray a bit outside the stylish but shallow wash basins. Shocking isn’t it ;-)

Beautiful house with great views
Amazing experience. Accommodation superb. The room was stunning. Spotlessly clean with amazing views over to the heads of Knynsa. We were in suite 4. Staff could not have done more for us. There were loads of extra touches which made it a very memorable experience. This included washing our car on the morning we were leaving. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

a memorable stay with incredible views of Knysna

Not value for money
The house keeping switched off the satellite receiver of the TV and the refrigerator and this caused great inconvenience to us. They had issues in giving extra towels too. No one is there in the hotel post 10pm to take care of the guests. It is not value for money for just bed and breakfast kind of hotel.

We understand your disappointment with our published cancellation and child / extra bed policies on hotels.com that, although not mentioned in your review seems to be the real issue behind this inconceivable review about THEBLOEM and its hard working STAFF. Regretfully we could not fully compromise (although as a gesture of goodwill reparation was paid out at a later stage) on the former on such a short notice but we did fully compromise on the latter to disastrous effect when our STAFF went over & beyond their duties to accommodate you and your family in breach of our policies. We pride ourselves in providing attentive and personal service and take your review very seriously; it has prompted us to reinforce the basics of tactfulness and fairness in the unlikely event we are faced again with the decision to make exceptions to our policies. Das Angebot ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Es ist seinen Preis wirklich wert. Ich kann also nur raten, dorthin zu fahren und einige Nächte zu bleiben. Der Rest es nun wirklich BlindText. Ich wusste nicht, dass man einen Roman schreiben muss, sonst hätte ich darauf verzichtet eine Bewertung abzugeben. Das Angebot aber ist wirklich gut. Unbedingte Empfehlung.

Einfach nur Super!
Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte im The Bloem. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und toll eingerichted. Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Knysna einfach super. Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker. The Bloem hat sich 5 Sterne verdient. Wir können diese Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Ein grosser Dank dem ganzen Team für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Kaunis ja puhdas huone, erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta, joka teki ravintola varaukset ja auttoin omien matkasuunnitelmien kanssa. Aamiainen tuotiin omalle parvekkeelle toiveiden mukaan. Auton saa pysäköityä hotellin eteen ja hotellin kautta saa tilattua kuljetukset ravintoloihin. Alas kaupunkiin pääsee kävellen, mutta ylös tulimme aina taksilla.

Top Modern mit großartigem Ausblick
Die Unterkunft ist neu und entsprechend modern eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Service war extrem gut und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ca. 15 Min Fussweg bis ins Zentrum von Knysna entfernt. Insgesamt sehr ruhig und empfehlenswert.

Wunderschönes Guest House
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im TheBloem. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr groß und sauber. Frühstück wurde auf unserer Terrasse serviert mit Blick auf die Lagune. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und auch das Personal war ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und bei jeder Frage hilfsbereit und kompetent. TheBloem war auf unserer Rundreise eins der Highlights mit dem besten Personal! Vielen Dank!
