The cabin was great and the interior was excellent. Nice view. If the the sky is clear, you will have a nice view to the stars and to the nothern lights. It‘s clean. The activities are great. Food was awesome.

Absolutely amazing little cabin with beautiful view (please install some curtains though, I couldn’t sleep anymore after 6am) and great restaurant, loved dinner and breakfast!

The stay in the Aurora Cabin has been amazing for the view and the opportunity to assist at the aurora borealis from the bed...and just that! the cabin itself is dusty due to no cleaning(but I could go over..I cleaned myself), although the village is a beauty in the snowy forest! The atmosphere is good, the people in charge of the activities are great!!love them! the only major pain we got on our stay, a real absurd thing, was that no one could take us to the 3min-by-car-nearby-bus-station, we wanted to pay of course for the ride even if it is literally just 3 minutes down the road and they own multiple vehicles we had to WALK in a snow storm 1.6km with our luggages to the bus station....for this I would not feel to come back! really disappointing

Lovely place in beautiful aurroundings
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed many of the activities offered, as well as the relaxing times too. Beautiful setting. Cabins are a bit rustic, but that didn’t matter as we were out and about most of the day. There were a large number of families with young children, which imho added to our enjoyment as we could share their joy in the snow and Santa. Highly recommended if you aren’t looking for a quiet modern venue.

Die Hütten sind sehr schön, gemütlich und sauber. Das große Dachfenster ließ sich beheizen, sodass man immer einen tollen Blick in den Himmel hatte. Aufgrund der Schneelast auf dem Dach unserer Hütte, ließ sich die Tür nur mit roher Gewalt öffnen. Da diese Tür die einzige Möglichkeit ist die Hütte zu verlassen, ist dieser Zustand nicht akzeptabel. Wir mussten das Personal mehrfach ansprechen bis das Problem nachhaltig gelöst wurde. Aus unserer Sicht sollte das Personal zur Sicherheit der Gäste das Problem ernst nehmen und grundsätzlich regelmäßig bei allen Hütten vorab überprüfen.

Amazing experience even w/out the northern lights!
We loved our stay at Northern Lights Village Levi! Although we couldn't see the northern lights, the location is private, the bed was super comfy and we could see an abundance of stars from our room! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Amazing stay in a very cozy and beautiful glass igloo. Very warm welcome and hot meal even we arrived so late and missed the dinner. The room is warm and bed is very comfortable. We love to be back and hope to see Aurora there next time.

A great concept!
Great cabins which really are as good as they look online: comfortable, modern and a great view of the aurora from your bed! Food was good, as were the staff (both hotel and activities). My only "complaint" would be that the sauna / hot tub was not included in the price: for a hotel as expensive as this I would have expected that to be free (not €100 per visit!). Also, could do with some additional eco-friendly waste bins in the cabins to allow separation of recyclables. Otherwise excellent and will definitely visit again :-)

Ideales Hotel für Northern Lights-Beobachtung
das Hotel ist erst wenig Jahre alt und alles in Top Zustand. Die Aurora Cabins sind zwar recht klein aber sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die großen Fenster sind beheizbar falls es schneit, man hat ein Tablet an der Wand welches u. a. bimmelt wenn sie Northern Lights zu sehen sind uvm. das Essen im Hauptgebäude war durchweg sehr lecker und der Kaminbereich ist sehr gemütlich. Direkt auf dem Gelände werden diverse Aktivitäten wie u. a. Rentier-Schlittentour, Husky-Schlittentour, Schneemobil-Tour, Langlauf-Kurs, Schneeschuhwanderung.

Beautiful place to stay and experience lapland.
Beautifully located in the middle of a typical lapland forest, secluded from everyone else (Levi Center 17km). Well designed and heated Aurora Cabins. Amazing view die to the half roof beeing held in glass which allows to spent time in the warm and cozy bed whilest watching the northern lights. Not much space for winter gear (you‘ll need several layers here -20/-30degrees cellcius) only one dresser available. I would have loved to know from the beginning how much the sauna and the hot tub would cost, which we only got to hear on our last day by a guest who was paying her sauna and hot tub. I prefer to be informed before spending money, how much it will cost. But this didn‘t change the private sauna and hot tub experience which helps you recover from the cold day and experienes. Great winter experiences such as husky rides or snowmobile tours can be booked (with very friendly, passionate and experiences guides, through the tablet in your room or you can use it to get in touch with the reception. Which by the way is always friendly and very helpful. Half-board is recommended because of the distance to other places. The à la carte menu was unfortunately not available due to covid restrictions. I missed choosing a burger and fries for dinner or even something else. The buffet has a good choice, but could still be more vast considering the level of hotel you‘re staying in. More typical lapland cuisine would have been appreciated to get the full load of the experience.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location with very friendly and helpful staff. Only minus relates to the lack of reinforcement of Covid-19 measures when it comes to buffet dining - hygiene should be the first priority and the hotel should try to ensure that guests follow basic rules.

Hieno kokemus.
Yövyimme yhden yön perheen kanssa. Kokemus oli todella mieluinen. Mökit olivat todella siistit ja hienot. Ruokailu ja aamupala olivat otettu rajoitusten mukaisesti huomioon. Perheen pienimmälle oli pulkkamäki ja lumikengät käyttöön. Matkan kruunasi illalla nähdyt revontulet.

Sekä revontulisviitit että ravintola-vastaanottorakennus ovat todella tyylikkäitä. Huone mukavan tilava. Ruoka sekä illallisella että aamiaisella erittäin maukasta. Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Vain vartin ajo Leviltä. Hyvin huolehditut porot ja poroaitaukset. Katsoin ennen varausta lukuisia revontulisviittejä ja tämä vaikutti parhaalta ja todellakin suosittelen myös käynnin jälkeen!

Great stay!
We saw northern lights on each day despite of partially cloudy weather and calm space weather. Recommend spending for few days in case it’s cloudy on one night. Cottage was warm and comfy. Free snowshoes (and skies) for ourdoor activity. Multiple paths to follow in the forest (map/sings) would have been nice. Even small sledge hill. Sauna & jacuzzi can be reserved for a separate fee. Reindeers living close by. All in all, a very nice and relaxing visit with amazing views of the sky.

Näkemisen arvoinen paikka.
Hieno ja puhdas paikka. Ruoka oli hyvää. Kannattaa käydä. Sänky ei ollut parisänky vaan kaksi yhden hengen sänkyä vierekkäin.

Majoitusliike oli kaunis ja sijainti oikein hyvä. Lyhyen matkan päässä kaikista palveluista. Mökki oli todella kylmä sinne saapuessa ja sen lämpiäminen kesti useamman tunnin. Kylpyhuoneen lattia oli koko meidän oleskelun ajan kylmä. Aamiainen oli muuten erinomainen, mutta puuro kylmää jokainen päivä. Siivousta ei tarjottu, vaikka hintaan se kuului ja useamman kerran yritimme ottaa yhteyttä respaan sen aukioloajan puitteissa siinä onnistumatta. Pyyhkeitäkin kävimme pyytämässä keittiöstä itse.
