We stayed with our dog and were given the garden room. This gives exclusive access to the small back garden for the dog which was really useful. The room was comfortable and scrupulously clean and we were very reassured by the Covid safety routines in place. Our dog was allowed to be with us for breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious. The staff are very kind and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Great little pub in the middle of a quiet village in South Devon. Food was good but menu very limited. Nice room but could have done with a king sized bed

Lovely place

Lovely place with excellent service and great breakfast. Very covid aware which was great. Although it was a pub opening hours were a bit erratic

Top Class Stay.

The room was spacious and spotless with very large bathroom. An excellent breakfast with ample choice.Service was tiptop and always served with a smile. Generous car parking and an excellent location to Torcross and other places of interest. The staff were first-class and always there to help. A very good place to stay and full marks to Cathy and staff. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

A very nice place to stay loads of old world charm Very friendly and helpful staff Good location and handy for the coastal path Good bus service serving Dartmouth and Kings Bridge Lovely well presented breakfast Only down side that we were told no food was served between Sunday Evening, Monday and Tuesday due to staff shortages and limited opening of the bar this resulted in us having to find alternative eating arrangements which was not easy Well thought out COVID measures felt very safe and reassured

Beautiful property, excellent service and attention to detail. Breakfast delicious. The owners both work extremely hard to make your stay most enjoyable.

Loved the property, garden room was lovely with its own outside area. Breakfast was huge, staff were lovely particularly the ladies one of whom was called Cathy. Bit disappointed pub shut on our arrival at 4pm on a Sunday and then no evening meals Monday or Tuesday, but still loved the place.

Very enjoyable stay for seven nights. We had the Garden room which was comfortable and clean. It has a nice ensuite with good shower. Tea and coffee facility. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts - we also had two evening meals which again were excellent. We would have no hesitation in staying again!

Cathie and the chef Jason gave us a great time and were always happy to help. The food was great as we took a great breakfast and one evening meal all of a high standard. Sadly there is a regional staffing issue so we had to make sure we booked evening meals ahead. Bear and Blacksmith in Chillington(1/2m) was a firm favorite

Pleasant short break.

The Tradesmans Arms is a cozy and quaint little Inn. It is perfect for getting away from all those busy towns in Devon. Our room was small however had everything we needed.
