Experience OBX (Kill Devil Hills) like never before. House sits on road running directly from beach to sound. Narrow area of the island-close to everything (shopping, restaurants, entertainment...). Open kitchen/dining area w/ living room boasting 75” TV. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths upstairs and 4th bedroom/studio downstairs). Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 (Queen), Bedroom 4 (Queen). Bedroom 4 is a studio which includes a 60" TV, sitting area, and kitchenette. Sleeps up to 8! Central AC and WIFI, as well as W/D at bottom of interior stairs. Parking for 4.

Clean and convenient

We were lucky to find this house as the last available house in our date range! We spent most the time at the beach, but we ended up watching a movie on the huge 75 inch TV, it was really fun. Fireworks were right at the pier!

Everything was perfect, just as described

We had a wonderful trip, the house was perfect, just as described. We would definitely like to return, we didn't want to leave. Communication with the home owner was great, he was very responsive.

My new long weekend getaway!

If you want to spend a little time in the Outerbanks but you're not interested in a week long commitment to a pricey oceanfront property this is the place for you! Cozy little house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything you need to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. We will definitely be back! Thanks Bobby and Pattie!

Cute House!

I loved our stay!The house is so cute, and had everything we needed: sheets, towels, coffee pot. We and our dogs loved the walk to the Sound, and it was a quick drive to the beach. Thank you so much!!

Nice spot in Kill Devil Hills

Clean, nicely appointed house. Family loved the 75 inch TV. Nice walk to the sound for sunset, or pier for fishing.
