We stumbled across this cottage rental as we were trying to find available rentals in the area. The previous rental we were at was going to end and my sisters dog had gone missing.
The owner was extremely empathic, Accommodating & kept in touch during the stay, to make sure we found our dog. I wish we would’ve found this place first, we were blown away as we made our final approach in the drive way. The cottage is nestled into a private piece of paradise. The cottage had giant floor to ceiling patio doors on the entire front, including the master bedroom, my favourite room with en-suite. I woke up every morning feeling like I was in heaven. A wrap around deck and stairs leading down to the lake. The cottage is well decorated, spacious and clean. We felt we were at home the moment we we walked in. The view of the river is GORGEOUS, there is a bald eagle nest across the river from the cottage, that is on untouched, beautiful, crown land. This home is 100% worth it.
We would love to stay again and are even considering building in the same area, as we are so in awe of the place. Thank you so much Charney’s for sharing your beautiful family cottage.
