Very easy check in and excellent customer service. This property is very clean and nice rooms. I highly recommend it if you’re near the Kansas City airport.

All was well except check in was extremely slow. There was a long line waiting to get into rooms. I think one of the gals working was a trainee and took a very long time with the process.

The beds were comfy and clean. We only stayed for a few hours to catch our flight but the shuttle provided to the airport was also easy and convenient.

We didn't know what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised by the environment and staff. I would say way better than Marriot anyday! Keep up the great work! We are so glad to took a chance on Orangewood.

Staff was super nice. Area clean. Pool hours are different then what I was told at check in but no one kicked us out of the pool. We will be staying there again.

Great hotel, newly remodeled. Beds were comfy, everything was clean and smelled good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, had a bunch of different options from hot to grab and go. Not much around it besides other hotels. Close to airport with free shuttle. If looking for any dining, shopping or entertainment have to drive.

The staff was great. The property was so beautiful. My only problem was breakfast you had to eat in the dining hall. However, everyone was at the dining hall so tables were slow to get cleaned and there was just no place to sit. Also, I didn’t like the hot tub and swimming pool were only open from 9 to 9 otherwise a wonderful place.

It was a very busy weekend at the property. The staff were friendly, but there weren’t enough staff to keep up. It took a long time to check in or ask questions. I had requested a handicap room for my travel companion and was told it was. The doors to the restroom weren’t wide enough for a walker and there were no grab bars in the shower or toilet area. This caused her a lot of anxiety and worry while moving about. The guests were very noisy on the second night.

Easy to get to, very nice accommodations. The breakfast was a 7 out of 10 because all the food items weren't available at the same time. Maybe be ause we werd there on a Monday.

Arrived by a late flight. It was 1AM when we landed and called for pickup with there shuttle. Arrived promptly and was very courteous . Desk was prompt and helpful to get us checked in. Very Pleasent.

It'd a nice hotel but for $220 a night i would say its very overpriced. The pic make it look very upscale, its just a basic hotel. No smoking on the balconies or $350 fee. Hot tub closes at 9 and was full of kids even tho its posted NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. Breakfast was mid. Could have stayed on the plaza for less.
