Bathtub wouldn't drain. Continental breakfast was subpar. Overall, the room was aboit average. I was surprised at the good rating this hotel had.

Everyone was very nice and made my stay enjoyable. I did try to ask for a later checkout time and I was unable to get that but still the food was good and it felt quiet and comfortable. Nice beds and pool.

Overall it was great for an overnight stop. However one of my reasons for booking it was the pool and was informed once I got there it was unavailable.

The property was ok. But the rooms where not as clean as I expected. We had to leave one room because the bathroom tub had either dirt or rust in it. So they sent us to another room and the tub wasn’t any better. We also found a few dead bugs one laying on the bed. Now the staff was nice a that’s a plus.

It was just an average stay. Elevator floor and buttons were sticky for the 2 days we were there.. Our floor ice machine didn't work.. breakfast was good. There was lots of little cleanliness issues.. stains on carpet and bed, lint trap in dryer was gross... when employees were leaning they should of been cleaning...

Clean rooms and hotel, comfortable beds, hot water, heated indoor pool, breakfast: eggs, sausage, toast, cereals, yogurts provided. Hot coffee in lobby in the mornings. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Shower curtain was too short and floor puddled with water and sink drained too slow. Mattress cover was lumpy. Fridge, microwave and tv worked. Fairly quiet and deceit breakfast.

Best hotel in Jonesboro that i have stayed in. The WiFi is great and connects to all devices. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is GREAT. I definitely will be staying again.

GREAT EXPERIENCE
Great experience. Hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. Warm breakfast could be better and more accommodating for everyone. Only offered pork sausage or ham which we do not eat. Please consider adding a chicken or turkey product to warm breakfast. Overall, hotel is great!

Shower tiles damage it, shower rod bend, waiting for hot water about 15 min. Paint peel off by the shower. That is worse room ever.

The room smelled moldy. Bed was wayyy too soft and old. Like my husband and I fell/gravitated to the middle. Breakfast was disgusting. Started knocking on rooms around 8am for house keeping. I was there for my grandmother’s funeral. Never will stay here again. Waste of my money. Coffee was bad. Had to go somewhere else for food and coffee.
