There is no excuse for the noise complaint not being acted upon by the staff on duty and this will be investigated internally. With reference to the game drive, game sightings are dependent as to where the animals are located as they are free to roam around and so seeing all of our game in one drive cannot be guaranteed. Whilst the towels mentioned should have already been in the unit, they are not "dirty" as the colour theme of our towels and linen has been selected to compliment our bushveld setting. We do have a selection of different unit sizes available for booking. Your dissatisfaction of your restaurant experience has been forwarded to that facility's manager. Regards
