Pool were nice but not much activity as all inclusive resort in Mexico or other Dominican countries.. overall okay for one night. Beaches with very strong waves so hardly anyone in the beach.

My room had a strong odor. I requested housekeeping and they assisted me immediately. They cleaned the bathroom and poured something down the shower and sink drain. However, the odor came back the next day. Also, they don’t provide wash rags.

We got on at 8 pm the room smelled like mold there was no hot water didn’t have enough towel! When we asked to be moved the trainee Edgardo said because we booked through Expedia he couldn’t upgrade our room’ He did try calling and sending emails to management but they Never responded! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS BEST WESTERN IF YOU BOOK IT THROUGH EXPEDIA THEY GIVE YOU POOR CUSTOMER SO’

Loved the property in general, however: 1.the soap dispensers in restrooms are often empty. The hand dryers don't work. 2. The restaurant uses the same place mats, over and over again. They do not clean them between customer uses. They simply brush them off and place them again for the next person. Virtually, hundreds of people eat off the same dirty, germy place mats, repeatedly. I found this very disgusting.

I paid for 2 rooms this 1/19/2024 thru 1/22/2024 my room was 206 and had no issues as it was good,however i also paid for a room for my daughter which her room was115 and the room had no tv or working electrical outlets.We asked if someone was coming to fix it but it never happened.

The total is all inclusive Food was good looks to choose from drinks all you can drink pools are nice and clean really close to the beach ( love the sunsets at the beach ) really friendly staff The only problem my washroom smell bad more in the morning talk to the front desk but nothing was done that was the only negative part of the hotel

This Best Western resort was spectacular! The entire staff was friendly and helpful, The food was fantastic with many choices and I only have great things to say! Thank you for making our trip so amazing! Highly recommend the beautiful sunsets and awesome pools.
