Staff were lovely and hotel looked okay. But not the cleanest! Towels and bedding were stained, the pillows had massive yellow stains on them too and the shower was leaking.
Other than that, hotel was in a quiet area and we felt safe, and they had outdoor sitting.
I think the staff are amazing and they made my stay very comfortable. I even booked an extra day due to delays with my flight. The area is good lots of shops near. I just want to say thank you to the staff and housekeepers.
Made the reservation and booked the stay and amount was deducted while at check inn they stated no room available in the hotel and they send us to another two hotels who provided rooms below standard, one with only 3 beds and other in basement whereas my booking was for suit with 4 beds, I spent 1 hour to resolve and moving between hotels to hotels and at the end canceled the reservation and went to find another hotel physically.
I never even went to the hotel.
My airline cancelled my tickets and I asked for an adjustment in my hotel booking.
The hotel was extremely unhelpful!
They said it was a non refundable booking and did not even offer to adjust/amend my booking. When the change that happened was due to covid and the airline cancelling certain flights.
I even offered to book in two more friends who had suffered same flight cancellations.
The hotel only took my money. That’s all they were interested in!
Hotel looks nice and is well priced. 2 problems though: We booked 2 rooms for family of 4. When we arrived they insisted that we have booked just one room and refused to give us the second.. 2 hours later when all of my family were sleeping they found that we have booked 2 rooms, but it was too late (hotel com asks for 2 names when booking 2 rooms). Nor did they offer compensation for second room. Second problem is far worse: their air conditioning is NOT working. Room was extremely hot, they tried to repair aircon 3 times but failed. That night was a nightmare. Not recommended.

Tamamen hayal kırıklığı oldu bizim için. Klima arızalı bir kaç saate servis gelip halledecek diye söylendi lakin sabaha kadar yapılmadı ve soğuk bir oda da geceyi geçirmek zorunda kaldık ertesi gün ciddi bir şekilde hastalandık. Ayrıca duş almak istedik sanki su borcumuz varmış gibi gıdım gıdım su geldi doğru düzgün duş bile alamadık. Genel anlamda sıfır memnuniyet ..
Odalar geniş ve temiz. Personel ilgili. F/P oteli. Teşekkür ediyorum
