The hotel itself is fine. The area is not. Only recommend if you get a good price on it and you really are just there for a very quick overnight stay. Taxi is around 350-400 Lira to/from the airport, which is obviously a lot cheaper than taking a taxi into town (unless you land and take-off at a reasonable time and can use the metro).

Clean and new . The room was pretty small but good enough for a stopover near the airport. There aren't too many options for dining; however the reception offered delivery from one restaurant.

Excellent service, very clean, effort for luxury. Minor gripes with design not being to professional standards (low ceilings at the wrong places, tall toilet, poor vanity light) but these are small inconveniences to be expected from a locally owned, non-corporate venue.

When I arrived late at night, the receptionist told me, that the room, I booked, was flooded because of recent rain, and that they arranged a room in different hotel for me. They ordered taxi free of charge and delivered me to another hotel, about 10 - 15 min drive.

Our room’s flooded after taking a shower. We asked them to fix the clog. They said they fixed it while we were away, but we had the same problem still. We could not turn off a light and they had to come and fix it and lights randomly turned on in the middle of the night. The toilet was too high. So overall the property condition was not good IMO. But, it was clean and the service was attentive.

El servicio fue muy amable y atento. Los transfers al aeropuerto y al hotel muy bien organizado y rápido. Es una muy buena opción si tienes que hacer noche cerca del aeropuerto de Estambul.
