Great location, comfortable and friendly service
Great location outside of town with secure parking and a fabulous restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Bed was very comfortable with room ac making for a sound night's sleep.

It’s a great hotel if you’re looking for something cheap with free parking. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was rather weak and poor.

Clean, basic room in industrial area
The accommodation was a clean, no- frills room. The bed was relatively stiff and the pillows too small. Room was uncomfortably warm and air- conditioning had been shut off for the season. The room choices on Hotel.com were misleading and seemed to offer a choice between free parking and free breakfast. As it turned out, everyone gets free parking, so by choosing that option, you actually lose the free breakfast. The hotel is in an industrial park far from everything but a Buffalo Grill. Long walk to town for any other services.

At the edge of town - but easy to reach activities
The hotel is at the edge of town but is very clean and comfortable. It offers a good breakfast and security is good too - you have a unique door code. We chose the hotel for free parking and its proximity to the hills (my partner paraglides), as well as having access to the city of Grenoble.

Must have a car, but a good place to stay
This was a tricky hotel to find, our GPS not having the hotel on its map. But once found, it was a very clean, new hotel. The proprietor was very friendly, and helpful. A slight misunderstanding at the check in, as I thought Expedia took the payment as it did in other places I booked through Expedia. However, it took the card details only as a guarantee. The room was new, air conditioner worked (but it does not allow you to set the temperature, only to set higher / lower than the outside temperature). No fridges, safeboxes or tea making facilities but otherwise most of the amenities are in the room, including a hair drier (the type attached to the wall). The room was perfectly adequate if used for sleeping and not intending to lounge about all afternoon. Restaurant open on the ground floor, as is a grill restaurant next door.

Isolated and Difficult to Find
While the room was clean it was also small and construction next door was bothersome in the morning. This hotel is very difficult to find as it was 2km further up the road than indicated on the GPS. We were lucky to find a local resident who had us follow him in his car to the hotel location. This hotel has no staff available until 5pm daily. It was very disconcerting to arrive at the hotel at 3pm and discover that the hotel was locked up and NOBODY was around. There is a kiosk on the wall that allowed purchase of a room which then spit out a room number and an access code for the hotel and your room with a keypad on the outside wall. All instructions were in French. Although we had booked a room with Hotels.Com and had a confirmation number the kiosk would not accept our credit card for identification or confirmation that we had booked a room. We had to book a new room. Parking was in front of the hotel. Internet access was great. The closest restaurant was about 5km away. Would not stay here again because of the absence of staff until 5pm. The breakfast buffet, for an extra charge, was minimal with no hot food.
