The Nomad Estate is the perfect destination for your next desert getaway. This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom luxury villa with detached casita can accommodate 20 guests and a provide an unforgettable experience. It's one of few houses that offers five rooms with king beds with ensuites Situated on a half-acre lot in a private community, Nomad Estate is suited to host your large group for any occasion whether it be a corporate retreat, festival goers, family weekend, or bachelor/bachelorette parties. Upon entering this resort-style vacation home you can find a living room with a flat screen TV, indoor fireplace, wet-bar, and dining area with seating for 18. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances for any cooking or baking needs and an island with seating for 6. The detached casita offers a kitchenette with mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave. Enjoy the outdoors at the Nomad Estate in the backyard designed for entertainment. Enhance your experience by lounging poolside in the lounge chairs, cabana, day beds, or hammock. In addition to the pool & spa you can find outdoor games, dining for 18, a fire pit, commercial misting system and outdoor kitchen. The full-service outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, BBQ, sink, ice maker, TV, and bar. At Nomad Estate we provide all the necessities for a comfortable stay with WiFi, fresh linens, pool & bath towels, washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, and parking for 5 vehicles.. Absolutely Amazing Stay

We had such a great time at this property! We had enough room for our large group and most rooms are very spread out so you felt like there was some privacy and separation between groups which was great for those who didn’t want to hear a 3 year old and 1.5 year old all day and night.The pool and spa were phenomenal and the heating on both worked perfectly which I’ve had issues with at other vacation rentals in the area. Host was a great communicator and addressed any concerns immediately.

Perfect for Large Family Reunion

Ideal bedrooms and layout for a large family gathering. Everything needed is supplied. Outstanding large pool and deck. TVs outside, inside and in the rooms. Plenty of kitchen dinnerware for large families and groups. Room for 5 cars overnight. Large comfortable beds and bedrooms most with bath. Some games provided. Management very responsive and available.

Amazing girls getaway!!!

We are a group of 50+ women who travel and meet once per year to celebrate friendship. This house was absolutely perfect for us and had every amenities we could possibly ask for. The open space was perfect for us to all sit and visit, the outdoor space was perfect for morning coffee and afternoon pool time. Working with the owners was awesome they were quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back!!!!

Fantastic experience

We absolutley loved our stay at the Nomad Estate. Everything was spotless and brand new and the home was perfection. The process for check in and out was easy and Susan and Alex were very friendly and responsive for anything we needed. We can’t wait to come stay again and would recommend highly.

Perfect house for our family.

The house was perfect for our family of 16. Everyone had privacy with the layout of the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub area was great. The families had fun playing the outdoor games provided. Great time had by all!

Amazing return trip!

We returned to this property for a second stay (after a great trip last year). It was even better than we remembered. Ample space for everyone and for all ages. The kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is fantastic and the little baja shelf is perfect for the younger kids that aren't yet fully comfortable with swimming. Jacuzzi heated up quickly at nights and we were able to use it with the fire pit. So many different areas for people to relax. The property managers are also fantastic -- while we had everything we needed, they were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole rental process perfect. We can't wait to return again next year!

Very Nice Property!

The Nomad Estate was perfect for our group of 9 golfers, who were making our annual Palm Springs area visit. We have been doing this for 24 years now, and this was one of the nicest properties where we have stayed. It was clean, management was very responsive, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and the outdoor area (pool, hot tub, horseshoes, bocce ball, hammocks, fire pit, etc.) was quite nice. We hope to return.

Awesome time at Nomad Estate

We had a fantastic time at Nomad Estate. It had everything we wanted and needed to make a GREAT desert experience. We enjoyed ALL the amenities of the house especially the pool, hot tub and side yards. Susan was great to work with and very responsive to all our questions and requests. Perfect Layout

Awesome layout of house and property. We had 8 men staying while on a golf trip. So much room, kitchen is great where we all sat around the island after a day of golf for drinks and laughs. Outside grill area is very nice as well. House could use some updating, but minor as house was perfect. We did have a few issues, but sent Susan an email and maintenance was there within the hour to fix……very impressive!! Great property, great owners!!

had a great time. great for large groups. overall a great place to stay the property could use some touch ups. some of the main door handles feel like they are ready to fall off. ice maker in the fridge did not work. half of the mister jets were clogged. outdoor shower was finicky. pretty minor issues and wouldnt hesistate to book again

Beautiful House and Neighborhood

This was a beautiful house in a nice gated neighborhood. It was close to grocery markets and dining options. The house was large and well appointed. Everyone slept comfortably as beds and pillows were comfortable. We had some minor issues with bugs but considering our environment, we knew it was not because the house was not clean but because of the location and being in the desert. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing property!

The house had everything you could ask for. We traveled with a group of four families. There was plenty of space for everyone, yet open concept enough where we could watch the kids play and enjoy the common space. The pool was fantastic and the spa heated up quickly for night use. The owners were extremely responsive, including sending us more paper towels and other items we requested. We spent the whole trip at the property and cooked, and the kitchen had everything we could need. We will be coming back for sure!
