Great apartment close to Butler University

It was our first stay at this location. Nicely appointed and clean. Close to Butler’s campus. Great little place for a parent or parents who are visiting their son/daughter at Butler. Walking distance to great restaurants / bars. The property manager (Carly) was very responsive and informative.

We gave six stars on everything because it really is a pleaseant bargain in a great location. Amenities? Everything right down to laundry detergent, K-cups, and every kitchen utensil you can imagine. The apartment is small, but the photos make it look smaller than it actually is. Excellent eateries and young folk hangouts are all in safe walking distance from this quiet gem. The hosts were welcoming and quickly responsive to every message.
