We had booked a suite to stay at MIM in 2020 but due to covid couldn’t visit until 2022. The hotel was very generous in moving our booking a number of times, however when we checked in, we were only given a superior room, which was a lot smaller and inadequate. I’d had confirmation that we could have a suite again and would pay any difference in price, but they had double booked and not communicated the change to us. This was disappointing unfortunately but we made the best of it.
The property is well located between Ibiza Town and Playa D’en Bossa. The pool and surrounding lounges are very pleasing and adequate for the guests.
The room was really small, no tea/coffee making facilities and we had to pay €3 for some ice for our room. The bathroom vanity was minuscule and not enough room for two people’s toiletries to be out.
The rooftop bar has a great view with DJs playing until midnight. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had, of which we had many!
