Decent hotel, looks fairly new and well maintained - Adults only is a plus. Great pool furniture with large beds for lounging. Good choice at breakfast, excellent rain showers and comfortable beds although doubles are two singles pushed together. Small rooms - we had Superior which is only just adequate. Room service a little lacking, complimentary water only on first day, soap bar not replaced, was a wafer when we left and no tea/coffee facilities.

It was a perfect location for us, midway between the clubs ( hi ibiza / Ushuaia) and the old town. The roof top bar was great, and service was always friendly. The outside pool area is a little cramped ( but none of the hotels have much space around them ). Lively with lots of music around the pool ( so not for those looking for a quiet base ). Breakfast was ok, nothing special but acceptable albeit limited choice. room facilities were a little basic ( no tea/coffee options) our window wouldn’t close properly and bathroom lacked hanging space for more than one towel, but the room was well decorated, comfortable bed and nice linen. We’d go back again and would recommend to friends looking for this type of accommodation.

This is an OK property for this price point in Ibiza. They are very controlling of the pool towels, quite odd for a pool venue. You can only have one, and if you ask to trade your wet towel for a dry one you are made to feel like that is most inconvenient and unreasonable. Rooms are nice but not as advertised on Expedia, the superior balcony only has chairs not a sun bed. Pool area cabanas are perfectly fine though, just expect to lie on a wet towel all day.

DREADFUL, DO NOT STAY HERE!
The 'suite' was ridiculously small and as a consequence of faulty electrics (which kept cutting out the lights) my wife walked into a piece of unnecessary furniture and seriously hurt her foot. No response from reception and on investigating found the person on duty outside chatting to other guests. We cancelled our remaining two nights and moved to a different hotel.

Unterkunft direkt neben der Promenade mit vielen Restaurants. Parkmöglichkeiten allerdings schlecht, da kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden ist. Dachterrasse sehr schön zum sitzen und den Abend auszuklingen.

i have stayed here before and would defo stay again staff around pool area are usually hiding so you have to go to bar get your own drinks breakfast was excellent even though they did t tell us breakfast was included until day 3 and fernando who worked at pool told us he was by far the best staff member at the hotel was always on the go witt towels and menus while the rest hid away being lazy hotel is spotless clean and to high standard you pay extra but well worth it for extra upgrade room i think the extra €20 to use spa pool and sauna is cheeky but with energy prices it is a heated pool

The hotel looks amazing from the outside. Art Deco design. Rooms were ample size, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and pool area was very chilled and relaxed. Not far from the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. We would use again.

Good location, small rooms, small breakfast buffet
The location was good, many restaurants around and in the middle of beaches and old town (its ca 20 mins walk to the old town). Room was very small and we had ants in the bathroom which they cleaned super quickly. Rooftop restaurant was great. Breakfast buffet rather small selection and for vegans very little choice. We went for external breakfast after day 1. staff was friendly, check-in quick. Nice pool area in artdeco style. We were a bit disturbed tough by the music from the rooftop which usually last until 11/12.

Amazing stay!!!!!!!!
I had such an amazing time staying at MIM. This stay was towards the end of my solo Euro trip and i wanted a relaxing few days. From their rooftop restaurant to their spa services. Everything was amazing. They have their own shuttle service as well, and the staff at breakfast was just so pleasant. I throughly enjoyed everything, they made me feel so welcomed and really took care of their guests!!!! It was perfect! Also, great location to everything. So friendly, and accommodating with beautiful facilities to enjoy!

We had booked a suite to stay at MIM in 2020 but due to covid couldn’t visit until 2022. The hotel was very generous in moving our booking a number of times, however when we checked in, we were only given a superior room, which was a lot smaller and inadequate. I’d had confirmation that we could have a suite again and would pay any difference in price, but they had double booked and not communicated the change to us. This was disappointing unfortunately but we made the best of it. The property is well located between Ibiza Town and Playa D’en Bossa. The pool and surrounding lounges are very pleasing and adequate for the guests. The room was really small, no tea/coffee making facilities and we had to pay €3 for some ice for our room. The bathroom vanity was minuscule and not enough room for two people’s toiletries to be out. The rooftop bar has a great view with DJs playing until midnight. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a lot of choices. The staff were very helpful with any questions we had, of which we had many!

Sconsiglio l’hotel Mim
L’hotel è sopravalutato, non sembra proprio un 4 stelle bensì un 3. La piscina dell’hotel è piccolissima inoltre non curano le pulizie. La mia camere denominata da loro cozy room non era cozy ossia accogliente e sembrava una stanza da 2 stelle grande 12 metri e nonostante ci sia stato scritto frigo bar vi era solamente a pagamento due patatine e dell’acqua calda e del frigorifero nemmeno l’ombra; il letto è più piccolo di una piazza e mezza per non parlare del bagno che non c’è un posto dove lasciare la borsa toilette. Nel bagno vi è un doccia schiuma che ha funzione di bagnoschiuma anche, un balsamo e la crema corpo. Non ci sono accappatoi e non vi sono pantofole, dischetti di cotone o cotton fioc tantomeno altre cose se non una saponetta. La camera presentava inoltre segni di usura come la porta della doccia che la plastica si era staccata e era difficile quindi da chiudere come anche crepe sul muro. L’armadio piccolissimo può bastare per una mini valigia e non per due persone per non parlare del tavolino mini con sedia arroccato vicino alla porta che solo un bambino forse riesce a sedersi. Il buffet della colazione molto piccolo e assolutamente non di qualità: il succo non era fresco ma da bottiglia. Ogni singolo momento in questo hotel carissimo non valeva assolutamente la spesa. In tre giorni di soggiorno non sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola e il lenzuolo sotto era ruvido. Lo Sky bar in alto offre un panorama abbastanza carino ma è vuoto quasi sempre.

Mim my Love 😍
Mim is such a classy hotel. Just the right amount of quiet with a great pool and and rooftop bar. The staff is amazing. The food is amazing as well.

Disappointed in this place.
We were extremely excited to visit Ibiza and stay at this hotel. We were never informed prior to arrival that the rooftop lounge would be closed. It was not listed anywhere on their website. This was the main reason we chose this hotel. When we checked in on Wednesday we were told “oh it’s closed today due to the weather but it’ll be open tomorrow at 5pm. We ended up walking up there to see the view and we’re shocked to see the bar wasn’t even close to being ready for guests. Paint buckets around, all chairs and tables stacked up etc. We were disappointed. The next day (Thursday) was perfect weather and we asked if it will be open and again they said “oh no it’s too windy today”, little did they know we had seen what it looked like so they were lying to us. The front desk man said “it’ll be open tomorrow at 5”. The next day (Friday) We were departing to the airport but not til later in the day so we laid by the pool and walked around til 5pm when we went back up to see the rooftop to enjoy it before we left and we got up there and we’re immediately told “we’re not open yet, we will be open tomorrow”. This was the runaround the whole time we were there. We wouldn’t have chose this hotel for our honeymoon if they would’ve informed us from the beginning that the rooftop was closed. It’s even more disappointing that they couldn’t just tell us the truth from the beginning instead of lying that it was weather related etc.
