The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say

Personal ist extrem unflexibel in Bezug auf Checking Zeit. Alle Zimmer werden zeitgleich um 15 Uhr fertig. Wir mussten 3 Stunden in der Lounge rumlungern

OK as a solo traveller when it's not too hot
Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Construction !!!
Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

Attendez d entrer dans l hôtel pour vous faire un
Quand je suis arrivé devant l hôtel, ma 1ere impression était négative, car l hôtel est situé au milieu d un petit centre commercial a moitié abandonné, le parking est partagé avec un Flunch...donc difficile de trouver rapidement une place. Mais dès que vous passez la porte de l hôtel, vous passez dans le monde "Mercure", accueil chaleureux, chambre sympa et confortable. Vous pouvez profiter d une belle piscine, de sa terrasse et de son bar. Vous pouvez prendre votre petit déjeuner ou repas au bord de la piscine.

Chambre vue sur la piscine - attention
Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre de hyeres à pieds et de la plage en voiture. État général ok. En revanche, grosse déception sur l emplacement de la chambre. La description sur hôtel.com est ‘vue sur la piscine’ malheureusement la vue de la chambre 126 donne sur le toit de la piscine… aucune vue piscine… mes demandes de changement de chambre n ont pas abouti… vraiment dommage. L hôtel m a dit que la description était sûrement ‘chambre côté piscine’ , il faudrait donc prévenir l accueil, baisser le tarif ou modifier le descriptif de l annonce ( mensonger). Bref chambre 126 a fuir. L’accueil ( quand il y a quelqu un en réception- ce qui est peu fréquent) est charmant

en résumé BOF pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles et de son prix : décoration de la chambre austére, espace petit déjeuner trés mal agencé, petit déjeuner mal ré-achalandé, quartier de l'hotel sans intérêt.

pas terrible
Hôtel peu convenable pour un 4 étoiles chambre très petite et mur en carton l'insonorisation est a revoir, niveau propreté nous avons du nous y prendre a 3 fois avant de tomber sur une assiette propre au petit déjeuné
