The apartment is clean & exactly like the pictures. The wifi did not work on the tv so we did not use the tv, the check in instructions do not match when actually searching for the apartment door. A man who was the “cleaner” was attempting to enter the apartment at 9am when checkout is at 11. Luckily i caught him before he entered the apartment, we had not checked out yet. The owner also called me to tell me to “please get out” of the apartment because his cleaning people were there after i already checked out of the apartment at 10am! a lot of unnecessary confusion leaves me to reduce this rating, yet still the apartment is like the pictures
