Thank you for booking at our hotel, your comment helps us to continue improving, mosquitoes appear this season, we are a hotel that has a lot of green area and we are located in front of the Urubamba river, we carry out disinfection periodically during this season, however, since it is something natural, we cannot fight them 100%, we recommend to all our guests to have the windows closed after 5pm. The mattresses are in optimal conditions but we take your recommendation into account. We hope that you can return and continue enjoying our facilities and our friendly service.

Good evening Mr. Anders, we are sorry that your stay and visit in our hotel has not been completely pleasant, the hotel has various common areas for the enjoyment of our visitors, all the facilities are operational and we are always attentive to the details in maintenance, regarding our food, we have a varied menu and we use organic products from our vegetable garden and good quality supplies, we clearly remember the food requested by you and at the end of our restaurant service by protocol we always ask if everything is okay with the service and the food, the answer you gave us was that everything was fine so your comment surprised us, however we invite you again to enjoy our service, food and facilities, your opinion helps us to improve.
