Relax in our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat located in a peaceful neighborhood. Perfect for visitors to Texas Children’s Hospital, just a short drive away! The private apartment is attached to the main home with it's own reserved driveway space and it's own specific doorway entry. Enjoy a quiet stay while being close to Houston's top attractions, dining, and shopping. Whether you're here for work, medical visits, or exploring the city, our home offers comfort and convenience.

The apartment is located above the garage but the garage is reserved for the homeowner's use and guests do not have access. You will have your own parking space right under the apartment in front of the garage door! There are private stairs up to the apartment, and as you enter you will walk into your kitchen and living space. The living room has a pull out couch. There is a dining table to the right and to the left is the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has a stand alone shower. The bedroom has a designated workspace and a queen bed.

You will receive a code the day of arrival

We are available 24/7 for anything you need!

This apartment is on the owners property, which the owner and family live. Please be mindful of this when staying at the property.
