The hotel was nice & the service was fine! The only things that kept me from giving it the highest rating was:
1. There was no parking onsite & was more expensive than I expected.
2. The restaurant was closed during the day/there was no room service info in the room.
Stay at the millennium was mediocre at best.
Room was really small and dingy.
Bathroom was tiny and the shower was dirty.
Check-in took much longer than expected.
Check-out took equally as long.
Not sure if that was due to the bengals game or not.
We have stayed at the Millennium Cincinnati every December for the last 17 years and are really sad to see it go!! The people have always been so friendly and accommodating and we cant imagine staying anywhere else. Junellen, Julie, Vinod, we are going to miss you and wish you the best of luck!
Upon checking in, we were advised the prompt will be closing next week on the 31st. Windows on the penthouse, 21st floor are floor to ceiling and provide an awesome view of the city life. Disappointed that the window tint is so deteriorating you can’t see through the glass.
Hotel was nice. People were friendly and rooms were clean. Too bad it’s closing at the end of the year.

Decent Hotel
Room smelled as if it had been smoked in. It was very affordable, but felt more like a motel room in the heart of downtown. I wouldn’t stay again unless I absolutely had to.

Never Again
I will never stay there again. It didnt come with refrigerator or microwave. If we wanted a refrigerator,we would have had to rent it for $15 dollars
Upon check in we were informed the hotel was closing on 12.31.2019. The staff looked miserable. We checked in around 9:30 after a 5 hour drive hungry to find the “bar” stopped serving food at 10pm. We told to go across the street to the Hyatt, which we did. Our room was less than stellar. No microwave, no refrigerator. Shower drain was disconnected and our room showed a sofa. No sofa. The only good thing about this hotel was its location. Everything was old and dated. Not modern what so ever. The room had one accessible power outlet to charge our electronics.
The staff (Valet & Bellhops) at the hotel entrance, 5 Star.
Used this location for proximity to Conference, they picked it, not me. I got everything I paid for and more a far as amenities, comfort, ease of check-in and changing departure flights.
It took 25 minutes to get hot water to the 7th floor, the toilet seat looked about 10 years old and peeling, there was hair all over the bathroom floor. The bed was as hard as the floor. The heat didn’t work properly. And the door had a gap all the way around it and the bottom was go big I could push a body towel into the hallway.
Highly disappointed!

Place was very nice, but parking was a pain. The valet in the back entrance never showed up. The rooms were okay, but nothing very special.
Place was filthy, old and the service was nearly self served. I couldn’t believe how inconvenienced the staff felt because people stayed there. Don’t walk, rather run away from this place.
Never got my refund I was post to get nobody could help me

No one was at the front desk for quite awhile when I checked in (close to midnight). Then their system was down. It took almost 30 min to check in and the front desk attendant was not apologetic at all. Next, the room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke and my colleague who has asthma was coughing the whole time because of it. Also, there is no convenient coffee or breakfast or dinner on site. We ended up going across the street to the Hilton every day for breakfast and dinner and will stay there next time.
It was conveniently close to the Duke Energy Center.

Loss of a historic hotel
Convenient , comfortable. So sorry the city of Cincinnati is tearing this historic place because they want more money. Now the city doesn’t have the money to get this rebuilt. So sad
Very small room for the price and security came to our door because some other people were smoking pot and after we opened our door the smell was in our room
extremely dated, terrible spaces, dirty windows, no chair to sit and watch tv, bad towels, damaged wallpaper, old-really old carpeting. I could keep going....but won't.
Outdated and the bed was rock hard. Food from the restaurant was not edible.

Conveniently located across from Duke convention center also has a skywalk that attaches to it that made travel easy and weather condition free. Our room was on 14th floor so it was pretty quiet from the street level noise. A few of the bad was there was no mini refrigerator in room and shower water was luke warm also the parking fee is a little steep but unless you want to walk a block back to the hotel it is an option.
